Claims (4)

  1. 길다란 축부(14)와, 이 길다란 축부(14)의 선단에 계단상으로 형성된 적어도 하나의 평면부(24),(26)를 갖는 가장자리부(22)를 구비하고, 상기 가장자리부(22)의 상기 평면부(24),(26)에 액체를 공급하여, 이 액체를 무화시키도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 무화용 진동자.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 평면부(24),(26)가 실질적으로수평면 인 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 무화용진동자.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 축부(14)에, 상기 가장자리부(22)의 상기 평면부(24),(26)에로공급되는 액체를 안내하는 홈(28)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 무화용 진동자.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 홈(28)이, 액체를 수취하는 부분(28a)에서, 상기 평면부(24),(26)에 액체를 방출하는 부분(28b) 쪽으로 갈수록 그 단면이 점차로 확대되고, 상기 홈(28)의 바닥면이 상기 액체를 수취하는 부분(28a)에서 상기 액체를 방출하는 부분(28b) 쪽으로 경사져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파무화용 진동자.
