Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 細長軸部の先端に階段状に形成された少な
    くとも一つの平面部を有したエツジ部を具備し、
    該エツジ部平面部に液体を供給し該液体を微粒化
    するようにしたことを特徴とする超音波霧化用振
    動子。 (2) 平面部は実質的に水平面とされる実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載の超音波霧化用振動子
    。 (3) 軸部にはエツジ部平面部に液体を案内する
    ための溝が形成されて成る実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１項又は第２項記載の超音波霧化用振動子。 (4) 溝は、液体を受けとる部分から平面部へと
    液体を解放する部分にかけて断面が漸次拡大し、
    且つ溝底面が前記液体受け部から液体開放部へと
    傾斜して成る実用新案登録請求の範囲第３項記載
    の超音波霧化用振動子。
