。 (3) 軸部にはエツジ部平面部に液体を案内する
ための溝が形成されて成る実用新案登録請求の範
囲第１項又は第２項記載の超音波霧化用振動子。 (4) 溝は、液体を受けとる部分から平面部へと
液体を解放する部分にかけて断面が漸次拡大し、
且つ溝底面が前記液体受け部から液体開放部へと
傾斜して成る実用新案登録請求の範囲第３項記載
