Claims (9)
- 매트릭스에 융점이 높은 탄화물 및/또는 질화탄소가 균일하게 분포된 공작물, 특히 공구를 분말야금 제조하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 주기율표의 IV 및 V족 요소의 함량이 최소한 3.0중량%, 바람직하게는 5.0중량%인 용융물 내의 탄소농도 및 질소농도를 낮게 조절하고, 합금의 융점 이상의 온도에서 탄화물, 질화물 및 질화탄소의 1차 침전을 방지하며, 용융물을 0.9mm2, 바람직하게는 최대 0.6mm2의 최대 입자 표면을 가진 분말로 소둔시 및/또는 분말을 탄소 또는 탄소화합물 및/또는 질소 또는 질소 화합물의 분위기 또는 매질에서 확산소둔시 탄소 및/또는 질소함량 또는 탄화물 및/또는 질화탄소의 양을 최소 10부피%로 조절하고, 상기 분말을 경우에 따라 하나 또는 다수의 다른 분말과 혼합한 후 공지된 방법으로 압축 성형에 의해 예컨대, 소결, 열간 정수압처리 및/또는 열간 성형등에 의해 분말 야금 부품으로 가공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작물 또는 공구의 분말야금 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 최소한 3.0중량%, 바람직하게는 최소한 5.0중량%의 전체 함량을 가지는 주기율표의 IV 및 V족의 최소한 2요소를 함유하는, 입자화를 위해 용융한 합금내의 탄소함량 K(중량%) 및 질소함량 S(ppm)을 하기식에 따라 산출된 값보다 작게 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법:상기식에서, 함량(중량%)은 최소한 0.7 Ti, 1 Zr, 1,1 V, 0.8Nb, 1Hf 및 1Ta이다.
- 제1항 및 2항에 있어서, 입자화매질이 탄화수소화합물 및/또는 질소를 함유하거나 이들로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 3항에 있어서, 최소 오오스테나이트화 온도로부터 최고 합금의 열변형 온도 이하인 50℃에서 그리고 탄소 및/또는 탄화수소를 산출하는 고체, 유체 또는 기체 형태의 매질 내에서 확산 소둔시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 4항에 있어서, 탄화물의 양을 조절하기 위해 입자화 매질 및/또는 소든 분위기 내의 탄소 화합물 및/또는 질소의 함량 또는 부분압력을 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 5항에 있어서, 확산 소둔 동안 분위기의 가스 또는 가스혼합물이 상대운동에 의해 분말입자 표면과 강력하게 접촉하게 하고, 바람직하게는 분말이 흐르게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 6항에 있어서, 서로 다른 조성 및/또는 상이한 탄소 및 질소함량을 가진 2또는 다수의 분말을 균일하게 혼합하고, 이 혼합한 분말로 분말야금 부품을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 7항에 있어서, 분말야금 부품을 공지된 방식으로 에컨대, CVD 또는 PVD법에 의해 TiN과 같은 기계 저항성 재료층으로 코팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 주기울표의 IV 및 V족의 최소한 2요소의 총 함량이 최소한 3.0중량%, 바람직하게는 최소한 5.0중량%이고, 최대 입자 크기가 5㎛일 때 최소한 10부피%, 바람직하게는 최소한 13부피%의 탄화물 및/또는 질화탄소 및/또는 질화물의 양을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 8항의 방법에 따라 제조된 공작물 또는 공구.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
