Claims (29)

  1. 비회토류 산화물 안정화제 약 0.5 내지 20 중량%, 촉진제로서의 알칼리 금속 산화물 약 0.5 내지 약 5 중량% 및 Pt, Pd, Ir, Rh 또는 이들의 혼합물;Pt- Pd, Pt-Rb 또는 Pd-Rh 2성분 혼합물;또 Pt-Pd-Rb 3 성분 혼합물로부터 선정된 1이상의 백금족 금속 유효 촉매량이 침착된 성형된 내화 산화물 입자 또는 내화 산화물 분말 지지체를 포함하는, 산화새륨이 거의 없으며, H2S 방출이 적은 방출 제어용 3윈 촉매로서 사용하기에 적합한 촉매.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 내화 산화물이 산화알루미늄인 촉매.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 내화 산화물 지지체의 B. E. T. 표면적이 50내지 250㎡/g인 촉매.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리금속 산화물이 Li2O, Na2O, K2O, Cs2O 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선정되는 촉매.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리금속 산화물이 촉매의 중량을 기준으로 하여 최소한 약 0.5%내지 2%의 양으로 존재하는 촉매.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비희토류 산화물 안정화재가 ZrO2, MgO, CaO, Sno, CaO, Y2O3, TiO2, ZnO, B2O3, P2O5, SnO2, BiO3, SiO2및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선정되는 촉매.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 비회토류 산화물 안정화제가 ZrO2인 촉매.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 비회토류 산화물 안정화제가 촉매 중량에 대해 약 1 내지 5%의 양으로 존재하는 촉매.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 성형된 입자 지지체가 비이드, 펠릿, 압축물, 정재 및 구로부터 선정되는 촉매.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 성형된 입자 지지체의 메쉬 크기가 4내지 10U. S. 메쉬인 촉매.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분말 지지체의 평균 입경이 100 미크론 이하인 촉매.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비희토류 산화물 안정화제가 ZrO2이고 상기 알칼리 금속 산화물이 K2O인 촉매.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 상기촉매의 B. E. T. 표면적이 50 내지 250㎡/g인 촉매.
  14. (A) (1) 비회토류 안정화제 염;또는 (2) 비희토류 안정화제 염과 알칼리 금속 화합물을 함유하는 용액으로 전이 형태의 내화 산화물 지지체, 바람직하게는 산화알루미늄 지지체를 함침시키는 단계; (B) 함침된 지지체를 100 내지 200℃에서 임의적으로 건조시키는 단계; (C) 함침된 지지체를 40 내지 1100℃에서 가열하여 최소한 비희토류 안정화제 염을 분해시킴으로써 산화물에 의해 안정화된 지지체를 수득하는 단계; (D) (1) 1이상의 백금족 금속과 가용성 알칼리 금속 염 용액을 함유하는 용액으로 비희토류 안정화제 산화물에 의해 함침된 단계 (C)로부터의 지지체를 함침시키거나 또는 (2)의 1이상의 백금 그룹 금속을 함유하는 용액으로 비희토류 안정화제 산화물에 의해 함침된 단계 (C)로부터의 지지체를 함침시키거나 또는 (3) (a) 1이상의 백금 그룹 금속을 함유하는 용액으로 비희토류 안정화제 산화물에 의해 함침된 단계 (C)로부터의 지지체를 함침시키고 (b) 주위 온도에서 0 내지 4시간동안, 또 약 100내지 150℃에서 촉매를 건조시켜 함침 후의 촉매를 건조시키고 또 (C)가용성 알칼리 금속 염 용액으로 단계 (D) (3) (b) 로부터의 함침된 지지체를 더 함침시키거나 또는 (4) (a) 1이상의 백금족 금속과 가용성 알칼리 금속 염 용액을 함유하는 용액으로 비회토류 안정화제 산화물에 의해 함침된 단계 (C)로부터의 지지체를 함침시키고, (b) 주위 온도에서 0 내지 4시간동안, 또 약 100 내지 150℃에서 촉매를 공기 건조시켜 촉매 금속을 함유하는 용액으로 함침시킨 후의 촉매를 건조시키고 또 (c)의 1이상의 백금족 금속의 용액으로 단계 (D) (4) (b)로부터의 함침된 지지체를 더 함침시킴으로써 1이상의 촉매 백금족 금속 및 임의적으로 1이상의 알칼리 금속 촉진제를 가하는 단계 (E)주위온도에서 0 내지 4시간동안, 또 약 100내지 150℃에서 촉매를 공기 건조시켜 단계(D)에서의 함침 후 촉매를 건조시키는 단계 또 (F) 단계 (D)에서 백금족 금속을 함유하는 촉매를 약 300° 내지 650℃에서 활성화시키는 단계 또 (G) 임의적으로는 (1) 가용성 알칼리 금속 염 용액으로 단계 (F)로부터의 활성화된 촉매를 더 함침시키고 (2) 주위 온도에서 0 내지 4시간동안, 또 약 100내지 150℃에서 촉매를 공기 건조시켜 함침 후의 촉매를 건조시키며, 또 (3) 임의적으로는 300 내지 650℃의 공기 중에서 단계 (G) (2)로부터의 건조된 촉매를 더 활성화시키는 단계를 포함하는 H2S 방출이 적은 방출 제어용 3윈 촉매로서 사용하기에 적합한 촉매를 제조하는 방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 단계 (C)에서 약 400 내지 1100℃에서 가열하여 지지체를 열적으로 안정화시키는 방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 지지체가 선구 물질로서 슈도베마이트를 갖는 알루미나인 경우, 단계 (C)에서 약 800 내지 1100℃에서 가열하여 지지체를 열적으로 안정화시키는 방법.
  17. 제15항에 있어서, 지지체가 선구 물질로서 베마이트를 갖는 알루미나인 경우, 단계 (C)에서 약 400 내지 700℃에서 가열하여 지지체를 열적으로 안정화시키는 방법.
  18. 제14항에 있어서, 단계 (F)에서 수소의 존재 하에 활성화시키는 방법.
  19. 제14항에 있어서, 단계 (D)에서 백금족 금속이 백금족 금속의 술파이토 착물, 클로로백금산, 염화 백금칼륨, 티오시안산백금 암모늄, 수산화테라아민 백금, 백금족 금속 염화물, 산화물, 황화물, 아질산염 및 질산염, 염화 테트라아민 백금, 염화 테트라아민 팔라듐, 염화팔라듐 나트륨, 염화로듐 헥사아민 및 염화 이리듐 헥사아민으로부터 선정된 수용성 백금족 금속 화합물의 형태로 제공되는 방법.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 백금족 금속이 슬파이토 착물 형태로 제공되는 방법.
  21. 제14항에 있어서, 내화 산화물이 알루미나인 방법.
  22. 제14항에 있어서, 비회토류 안정하게 염이 지르코늄 염인 방법.
