Claims (6)

  1. 하나의 플랜트의 작동상의 기능장애를 진단하여 수정작업을 처방하는 진단 시스템이 있어서, 장비의 기능장애의 진단에 알맞는 처방을 자동적으로 판단하는 개선된 방법으로서, (a) 상기 장비내에 현재 존재하는 상태에 관한 제1증거집합에 의거하여, 그와 연관된 처방을 갖는, 진단을 발생하는 단계와, (b) 상기 제1증거집합과 다르며, 필수적 증거 및 가정된 증거가 모두 포함된, 제2증거조합에 의거하여, 상기 단계(a)에서 발생한 진단과 연관된 처방중에서 한처방을, 컴퓨터화된 공정을 이용하여, 선택하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계(a)의 발생은 전문가 시스템 룰베이스내의 법칙을 평가함으로써 실행되는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계(a) 및 (b)를 실행하기 이전에, 각각의 가능한 진단과 적어도 하나의 처방을 포함하는 하나의 처방집합간에 상관 관계를 규정하는 단계(c)를 더 포함하며, 또한, 상기 단계(b)는, (b1) 상기 제2증거조합에 따라 진단되는 장비와, 연관된 실제 상태를 나타내는 데이타를 비교하는 단계와, (b2) 데이타가 어떠한 필수적 증거에 대응하는 상태가 존재하며 어떠한 가정된 증거가 상기 데이타에 의해 모순이 아니라는 것을 나타낼때에 적절한 처방을 판단하는 단계에 의해 상기 단계(a)에서 발생한 진단에 대응하는 상기 처방집합내에 있는 처방중에서 하나를 선택하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 처방 집합내의 적어도 하나의 처방이 다수의 처방을 포함할때, 장비에 미치는 처방의 효과에 따라 그 다수의 처방의 우선 순위를 정하는 단계(d)를 더 포함하며, 상기 비교단계(b1)를 상기 단계(d)에서 정한 우선 순위대로, 상기 처방집합내에 처방에 대하여 수행하며, 이에 의해, 단계(b2)에서 판단된 적절한 처방은, 단계(b2)에서 선택될 수 있는 처방집합내의 처방중에서, 장비에 미치는 최소 강도의 효과를 갖는 방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 단계(b)에서 선택된 처방중의 한 처방과 부작동의 결과를 출력하는 단계(d)를 더 포함하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 각기 가능한 진단에 처방집합은 부동작의 결과에 관한 단일의 설명을 포함하며, 상기 단계(d)는 상기의 처방집합내의 처방중 어느 것이 상기 단계(b)에서 선택된 것과는 무관하하게 부동작의 결과에 관한 단일의 설명을 출력하는 방법.
