Claims (7)
- 공기를 압축하기 위한 압축기부와, 압축된 공기에서 연료를 연소하여 고온 가스를 방생하기위해 상기 압축기부에 연결된 연소부와, 고온 가스를 팽창하기 위해서 상기 연소부에 연결된 터어빈부와, 그안에 형성된 공동(24)을 가지며, 고온 가스가 통과하여 흐르는 환상의 구조를 형성하는, 회전 샤프트(5)를 둘러 싸기 위하여 상기 터어빈부내에 설치된 다수의 고정 날개(7)와, 상기 날개(7)에 있는 상기 공동(24)에 냉각 공기를 공급하기 위한 장치(15)로 구성되는 가스 터어빈에 있어서, 상기 냉각 공기에 함유된 입자들이 상기 공동(24)으로 부터 제거되게 상기 공동(24)에서 상기 냉각 공기의 일부를 누출하기 위한 장치(23,25,44)를 특징으로 하는 가스 터어빈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 날개(7)를 지지하기 위해 상기 날개97)의 각기의 외부판 단부에 형성된 외부 시라우드(13)와, 상기 냉각공기가 상기 공동(24)으로 갈수 있도록 각기의 상기 외부 시라우드(13)에 형성된 구멍(15)과, 각기의 상기 내부 시라우드는 상기 내부 시라우드(14)의 일부를 덮는 포함 카바(12)로 구성되는 다기관(25)을 형성하며, 상기 각각의 날개(7)의 내부판 단부에 형성된 내부 시라우드(14)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 터어빈.
- 제2항에 있어서, 각기의 다기관(25)으로 공동(24)의 냉각공기가 흐르게 하기 위하여 각기의 상기 내부 시라우드(14)에는 구멍(48)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 터어빈.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 다기관(25)의 상기 냉각 공기가 조절된 방식으로 배출될수 있게 하기 위해 각기의 상기 내부 시라우드(14)에는 통로(23)가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 터어빈.
- 제4항에 있어서, 냉각 공기가 각기의 상기 인서어트(22)의 외부판 단부로 공급되며, 각기의 상기 공동(24)에는 인서어트(22)가 설치되며, 상기 인서어트(22)는 냉각 공기가 상기 공동의 상기 날개에 분배되도록 다수의 간격진 제1구멍들을 가지며, 설치된 제2구멍들(27)은 상기 냉각 공기를 배출하기위해 상기 날개(7)를 형성하는 벽에 형성되며, 각기의 상기 인서어트(22)는 상기 다기관(25)으로 냉각 공기를 배출하기 위해 그 내부판 단부에 설치된 제3구멍(44)을 가지며, 제4구멍(46)이 각기의 상기 내부 시라우드(14)에 형성되며, 상기 제3구멍은 상기 인서어트에 형성되며, 상기 인서어트(22)는 각기의 상기 내부 시라우드(14)의 상기 제4구멍(46)으로 연장하여 상기 제3구멍(44)을 형성하는 튜브(20)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 터어빈.
- 제5항에 있어서, 각기의 상기 제3구멍(44)의 직경은 상기 제1구멍들의 직경보다 4-6배 더큰것을 특징으로 하는 가스 터어빈.
- 제6항에 있어서, 각기의 상기 제3구멍(44)의 직경은, 상기 구멍을 통하여 누출된 상기 냉각 공기 부분은 상기 날개(7)에 공급된 냉각 공기의 10%-15% 범위가 되는 크기인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 터어빈.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
