Claims (10)

  1. 촉매조성물이 a) Ⅷ족 금속, b)일반 구조식 R1R2P-R-PR3R4의 디포스핀 및 c)Ⅷ족 금속몰당 0.25내지 2몰의 일반구조식 R5R6R7P의 모노 포스핀 또는 일반구조식 R5R6HPO의 모노포스핀 옥사이드(이때 R1,R2,R3,R4,R5및 R6는 같거나 다른 임의로 극성-치환된 히드로카르빌기이며 R7은 수소 또는 임의로 극성-치환된 히드로카르빌기이며, R은 다리 내에 적어도 2개의 탄소 원자수를 함유하는 이가의 유기 다리기임)를 기재로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는, Ⅷ족 금속 및 디포스핀을 기재로 하는 촉매 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 이들이 Ⅷ족 금속으로서 팔라듐을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, Ⅷ족 금속이 염의 형태로 그 내에 통합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어는 한 항에 있어서, 이들이 기 R1,R2,R3및 R4가 비치환된 페닐기 또는 1개 이상의 알콕시기(이들중 적어도 1개는 페닐기가 결합된 인 원자에 대해 오르토 위치로 있음)를 함유하는 페닐기인 디포스핀을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이들이 Ⅷ족 금속 몰당 0.5내지 1.5몰의 디포스핀을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
  6. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이들이 기 R5,R6및 R7이 동일한 히드로카르빌기인 모노포스핀을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 이들이 기 R5,R6및 R7이 페닐기와 같은 아릴기 또는 n-부틸기와 같은 알킬기인 모노포스핀을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
  8. 제1항내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이들이 기 R5및 R6가 페닐기와 같은 동일한 히드로카르빌기인 모노포스핀 옥사이드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
  9. 높은 온도 및 압력에서 일산화 탄소와 1개 이상의 올레핀형 불포화 화합물의 혼합물을 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 촉매 조성물과 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 일산화 탄소와 1개 이상의 올레핀형 불포화 화합물과의 중합체 제조방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 이것이 50-150℃, 20-150 바아 및 10 : 1-1 : 10의 중합되는 혼합물내에서 일산화 탄소에 대한 올레핀형 불포화 화합물의 몰비에서 수행되며, 중합되는 올레핀형 불포화 화합물의 몰당 촉매 조성물의 양이 Ⅷ족 금속의 10-7-10-3몰을 함유하도록 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
