Claims (6)

  1. 중합체 분말을 제조하는데 있어서, 서로 반응성이 있는 2가지 이상의 올리고머 및 단량체를 별도로 용융시키는 단계, 올리고머 및 단량체를 계속적으로 혼합하면서 보통 온도에서는 고체이고 300℃에서는 용융점도가 1,000cps 이하인 이 혼합물을 분무하는 단계, 분무된 혼합물을 냉각하여 분말을 얻는 단계 및 이 분말을 고체상 중합하여 중합체 분말을 얻는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 혼합물의 용융점도가 500cps이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 분무단계 대신에 올리고머 및 단량체를 서로 혼합하면서 고속-회전 디스크를 사용하여 혼합물의 액체방울을 형성하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 올리고머 및 단량체가 폴리아미드를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 혼합물이 분말피복에 적합한 폴리아미드 수지 조성물이고, 말단기의 70%이상이 카르복실산인 제1 폴리아미드 및 말단기의 70%이상이 아민인 제2폴리아미드로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 정의된 방법에 의해 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 분말.
