Abstract

본 발명은 황-코우팅 위에 균일하고 내구성 있는 중합체 코우팅을 갖는 황-코우팅된 요소의 서방성 과립상 비료를 기술한다. 중합체 코우팅은 황-코우팅된 요소 과립의 표면에 디에틸렌 글리콜-트리에탄올아민 폴리올 및 디이소시아네이트의 직접적 공중합에 의해 생성된다. 중합체 코우팅은 복합 코우팅된 과립의 개선된 내충격성을 제공한다.

Claims (8)

1) 예비 가열된 요소 과립을 용융황으로 코우팅시켜 두께의 범위에 있어서 예정된 명목상의 두께를 갖는 코우팅을 수득하고; 2) 단계 1)의 황 코우팅된 요소 과립을 디이소시아네이트 및 디에틸렌글리콜과 트리에탄올아민의 폴리올 혼합물인 반응성 단량체로 코우팅하고, 단량체를 황-코우팅된 요소 과립의 표면상에 중합시켜 내충격성 중합체 밀폐제 코우팅을 형성하며; 3) 단계 2)의 중합체 코우팅되고 황-코우팅된 요소 과립 생성물을 냉각하는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 황-코우팅된 요소 과립비료 생성물의 제조방법.
제1항에 있어서, 디이소시아네이트가 주로 4,4-디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트로 구성되는 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 디에틸렌 글리콜-트리에타올아민 중합체 혼합물의 일부분이 고분자량이 폴리에스테르 폴리올로 대치되는 방법.
제3항에 있어서, 디에틸렌 글리콜과 트리에탄올아민의 중량비가 2.5:1 내지 4.5:1인 방법.
제4항에 있어서, 디에틸렌 글리콜과 트리에탄올아민의 중량비가 3.5:1인 방법.
제4항에 있어서, 액체 폴리올:디이소시아네이트의 중량비가 0.33:1~0.45:1의 범위내인 방법.
제6항에 있어서, 폴리올:디이소시아네이트의 비가 0.39:1인 방법.
제1항 내지 7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 생성된 황-코우팅된 요소 과립상 비료.
