本实用新型涉及一种用于颗粒肥料外包喷涂液体硫磺的装置,包括若干热空气管、若干耐温阀门、若干压力表、若干两相流喷咀、夹套管、液体硫磺管、回流阀,其特征在于:液体硫磺管安装在夹套管内,若干两相流喷咀分别固定在夹套管上,且液体硫磺管与每个两相流喷咀相连,每个两相流喷咀与一根热空气管相连,每根热空气管上安装有一个耐温阀门和一个耐温压力表,在夹套管尾端安装一个回流阀。添加输送液体硫磺采用夹套的液体硫磺管,物料进入包裹滚筒,采用多个两相流喷咀进行雾化喷涂方式包裹颗粒肥料。本装置具有颗粒肥料包裹均匀,节省用量,效率高等优点。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及用于颗粒肥料液体硫磺添加新装置。更具体的说,涉及一种用于颗粒肥料外包喷涂液体硫磺的装置,能对颗粒肥料进行包裹雾化添加。
背景技术:
目前国内颗粒肥料生产过程中,不能进行液体硫磺包裹喷涂添加,不能对颗粒肥料进行硫磺中微量添加,所生产的颗粒肥料不能对土壤进行改良。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种用于颗粒肥料外包喷涂液体硫磺的装置,能够对物料进行精确定量添加的装置。
本实用新型技术方案描述如下:
一种用于颗粒肥料外包喷涂液体硫磺的装置,包括若干热空气管、若干耐温阀门、若干压力表、若干两相流喷咀、夹套管、液体硫磺管、回流阀,其特征在于:液体硫磺管安装在夹套管内,若干两相流喷咀分别固定在夹套管上,且液体硫磺管与每个两相流喷咀相连,每个两相流喷咀与一根热空气管相连,每根热空气管上安装有一个耐温阀门和一个耐温压力表,在夹套管尾端安装一个回流阀。所述的液体硫磺管和热空气管均为夹套管,液体硫磺管内输送液体硫磺,热空气管输送蒸汽或者导热油。
所述两相流喷咀为喇叭口,且喇叭口与热空气管相连。
所述液体硫磺管为夹套管,夹套内管输送液体硫磺,外管输送蒸汽或者导热油。
本实用新型的每个喷咀可以单独调节热空气压力,从而使得热空气使液体硫磺能够更好雾化。
本实用新型热空气通过热空气管进入两相流喷咀,由耐温阀门调节控制热空气压力,与液体硫磺在喷咀末端进行气液混合,得到雾化液硫,由多个喷咀雾化后喷涂到颗粒肥料表面,包裹颗粒肥料。
本实用新型优点:液体硫磺不凝固;结构紧凑、安装简单、便于操作;可靠性高,使用寿命长;雾化可调节;多组添加颗粒肥料包裹均匀。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型做进一步描述。
如图1所示,本实用新型包括五根热空气管3、五个耐温阀门1、五个压力表2、五个两相流喷咀5、夹套管6、液体硫磺管4、回流阀7,其特征在于:液体硫磺管4安装在夹套管6内,五个两相流喷咀分别固定在夹套管6上,且液体硫磺管4与每个两相流喷咀5相连,每个两相流喷咀5与一根热空气管3相连,每根热空气管3上安装有一个耐温阀门1和一个耐温压力表2,在夹套管6尾端安装一个回流阀7。所述的液体硫磺管4为夹套管,液体硫磺管内管输送液体硫磺,液体硫磺管外管输送蒸汽或者导热油。所述两相流喷咀5为喇叭口,且喇叭口与热空气管3相连。回流阀7与夹套管尾端相连接,蒸汽或者导热油进入夹套管6,在夹套管尾端进入回流阀7,形成闭环。
使用本实用新型时,130-180℃热空气经过热空气管3进入耐温调节阀1,通过查看耐温压力表2来调节耐温阀门1,控制压力表压力在0.6-2.0MPa之间。液体硫磺进入液体硫磺管4,和热空气在夹套管6里面输送,在两相流喷咀5的喇叭头混合,从而使液体硫磺得到雾化。

1.一种用于颗粒肥料外包喷涂液体硫磺的装置,包括若干热空气管、若干耐温阀门、若干压力表、若干两相流喷咀、夹套管、液体硫磺管、回流阀,其特征在于:液体硫磺管安装在夹套管内,若干两相流喷咀分别固定在夹套管上,且液体硫磺管与每个两相流喷咀相连,每个两相流喷咀与一根热空气管相连,每根热空气管上安装有一个耐温阀门和一个耐温压力表,在夹套管尾端安装一个回流阀。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种用于颗粒肥料外包喷涂液体硫磺的装置,其特征在于:所述两相流喷咀为喇叭口,且喇叭口与热空气管相连。
