제1도는 본 발명에 따른 바람직한 실시예의 장착구조를 나타낸 분해투시도, 제2도는 제1도에 도시된 바람직한 실시예의 부분 측면도, 제3a도 및 제3b도는 2가지 다른 상태의 탄성확장 부재를 예시한 부분단면도.

Claims (5)

  1. 양측에 한쌍의 플렌지를 갖는 레일에 전기기기를 장착하는 구조체에 있어서, 상기 플렌지의 주요표면에 인접하도록 장착면을 가진 베이스 부재와, 상기 플렌지의 한측면에 결속하기위해 상기 장착면의 한쪽 단부에 있는 적어도 하나의 제1결속폴과, 상기 제1결속폴이 앞ㆍ뒤방향으로 미끌어질수 있도록 상기 제1결속폴과 대향하는 상기 장착면의 부분에 있는 가이드 수단에 의해 보유되는 슬라이더와, 상기 슬라이더를 상기 제1결속폴로 구동하는 바이어스 수단과, 상기 슬라이더에서 상기 장착레일의 다른 플렌지를 결속하도록 상기 제1결속폴과 대향하고 있으며, 상기 장착면으로부터 분리된 그의 표면에 대한 경사면이 있으므로, 상기 장착레일의 상기 한측면 플렌지가 상기 제1결속폴에 의해 결속되며, 상기 장착레일의 상기 다른 플렌지가 상기 경사면에 힘을 가할경우, 상기 제1결속폴로부터 상기 슬라이더와 나란하게 이동될수 있으며, 상기 다른 측면의 플렌지가 상기 경사면에 탑재될 경우 충분히 결속하는 적어도 하나의 제2결속폴을 구비하는데, 상기 바이어스수단은 상기 슬라이더에서 분리되어 상기 제1결속폴에서 연장하며, 상기 장착면에 제공된 리세스를 커어브하는 탄성확장부재와 상기 리세스의 내부면에 인접한 상기 탄성확장부재의 자유단부를 구비한것을 특징으로하는 전기 기기의 장착구조체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 슬라이더는 육면체의 애뉼러로 구성되고, 상기 탄성확장부재는 상기 제1결속폴로부터 분리된 상기 개구면의 내부표면으로부터 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 기기의 장착구조체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리세스는 상기 탄성부재가 상기 베이스 부재에 고정된 커버부재에 의해 형성되도록 슬럿과, 스토퍼면을 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 기기의 장착구조체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 슬라이더는 상기 탄성확장 부재가 최대범위까지 탄성적으로 변형되는 정도의 상기 제1결속폴로부터 분리될 경우, 상기 슬라이더가 스토퍼 표면에 인접하도록하는 돌출수단을 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기기기의 장착구조체.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가이드 수단은 상기 장착면으로부터 돌출한 한쌍의 길이방향벽을 구비하여 그의 대향면에 한쌍의 길이 방향슬럿을 마련하고, 상기 돌출수단은 상기 슬라이더의 양측면으로부터 개구안으로 연장하는 상기 장착면에 마련된 한쌍의 제2확장부재를 구비하고, 상기 제2확장부재의 베이스 부분은 상기 제1결속폴로부터 이동하는 상기 슬라이더를 가이드 하기위해 상기 길이방향 슬럿에 수용되도록 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 기기의 장착 구조체.
