Abstract

본 발명은 트레이의 활주동작을 가이드하는 트레이 가이드 기구의 구성을 간략화하는 것을 과제로 한다.
CD-ROM 드라이브 장치(11)에 설치된 트레이 가이드 기구(17)는, 트레이(12)의 양측면에 일체로 설치된 레일 걸어맞춤부(29, 30)와, 레일 걸어맞춤부(29, 30)에 활주가능하게 걸어맞추는 슬라이드 레일(31, 32)과, 섀시(18)의 측면 내벽에 고정되어 슬라이드 레일(31, 32)을 활주가능하게 유지하는 고정측 가이드 부재(33, 34)를 갖는다. 고정측 가이드 부재(33, 34)를 섀시(18)의 내벽(18d, 18e)에 고정한 후, 슬라이드 레일(31, 32)을 B방향으로부터 트레이(12)의 양측에 걸어맞추고, 더욱이 슬라이드 레일(31,32)의 단부를 B방향에서 고정축 가이드 부재(33, 34)에 걸어맞춘 후, 전면 베젤(bezel) (15)을 B방향으로부터 트레이(12)의 전면에 부착하는 것으로, 종래기술보다 간단히 조립할 수 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 기록매체로서의 디스크가 장착되는 츠레이의 측면에 일체로 형성된 레일 걸어맞춤부와, 상기 트레이가 수납되는 수납부에 설치된 고정축 가이드와, 한 단부가 상기 레일 걸어맞춤부에 활주가능하게 걸어맞춰지고, 다른 단부가 상기 고정측 가이드에 활주가능하게 걸어맞춰지는 술라이드 레일을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트레이 가이드 기구.
