Claims (15)

  1. (a) 앞끝에 분출구를 형성하고 뒤끝에 온수흡입구를 형성하는 분출유동형성통로를 그안에 한정하는 관형상노즐케이싱과, (b) 분출유동형성통로의 중간에 형성된 밸브시이트와, (c) 전기한 밸브시이트의 개방도를 조절하기 위해 전기한 밸브시이트로부터 확장 또는 수축될 수 있는 밸브요소와, (d) 전기한 분출유동형성통로내에 한정되고, 전기한 밸브시이트의 앞위치에 배치되며, 한쪽끝이 대기를 포함하는 공기원으로 개방된 흡기구와 연통하는 공기혼합부와, (e) 전기한 밸브시이트로부터 전기한 밸브소요를 멀리 또는 가까이 이동시킬수 있는 자동밸브요소왕복장치로 구성되어, 공기혼합수가 전기한 관형상노즐케이싱의 전기한 분출구로부터 분출되고, 전기한 분출공기혼합온수의 용적이 전기한 밸브시이트의 개방도에 의해 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동유량가변분출노즐.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 관형상노즐케이싱은 기포발생욕조의 욕조본체벽에 형성된 노즐장착개구부에 접속되고, 전기한 자동밸브요소 왕복장치는 전원작동선형모우터인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동유량가변 분출노즐.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 노즐케이싱은 그 앞끝에 전기한 욕조본체의 외측에 배치되는 외측숫나사부와 플랜지부를 형성하고, 내측암사나부와 외측플랜지부를 보유하는 나사슬리브는 전기한 욕조본체의 내측에 배치되며, 전기한 나사슬리브는 전기한 욕조본체의 전기한 벽을 전기한 2개의 플랜지부로 비스듬하게 클램프하기 위해 전기한 노즐케이싱의 전기한 외측숫나사부에 맞물리는 전기한 내측암나사부를 보유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동유량가변분출노즐.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 온수흡입구의 축이 전기한 흡기구의 축에 대해 원주방향으로 각변위되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동유량가변분출노즐.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 전기한 자동밸브요소왕복장치는 전원작동모우터로 이루어지고, 전기한 밸브요소는 전기한 전원작동모우터의 왕복로드의 말단부에 고정장착되며, 전기한 밸브요소와 전기한 전원작동모우터의 모우터케이싱사이에는 원통형방수커어버가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동유량가변분출노즐.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 전기한 자동밸브요소왕복장치는 전원작동스텝핑 선형블모우터(stepping linear-ball motor)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 자동유량가변분출노즐.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 전기한 전원작동스텝핑선형블로우터는 (a) 모우터케이싱의 내측면에 부착된 원통형코일과 (b) 전기한 원통코일에 대하여 전기한 원통형코일의 여자에 의해 회전되도록 전기한 원통형코일내에 등심으로 배치된 원통형자석과 (c) 전기한 원통형자석의 내측면에 동심으로 고정장착되고, 그 내측면에 볼수용나선홈이 설치된 로우터너트와, (d) 전기한 로우터너트 내에 축방향으로 왕복가능하게 배치되고, 그 외측면에 볼수용나선홈이 설치된 왕복로드와, (e) 전기한 2개의 나선홈사이에 한정된 나선공간내에 수용된 다수의 구름볼과, (f) 전기한 왕복로드의 회전을 방지하고 전기한 왕복로드의 축운동을 허용하기 위해 모우터케이싱위에 설치된 키이로 구성되어, 전기한 원통형자석과 전기한 로우터너트의 전체운동에 의해, 전기한 왕복로드가 미세하게 전진 또는 후퇴되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동유량가변분출노즐.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 소용돌이 발생요소가 전기한 공기혼합부의 전기한 분출유동형성통로 상류내에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동유량가변 분출노즐.
  9. 제2항에 있어서, 전기한 분출노즐은 전기한 욕조본체의 양끝벽에 장착되는 한쌍의 다리쪽분출노즐과 한쌍의 등쪽분출노즐로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동유량가변분출노즐.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 전기 분출노즐에는 전기한 욕조의 양측벽에 장착되는 한쌍아의 배꼽쪽분출노즐이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동유량가변분출노즐.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 전기한 다수의 분출노즐의 작동은, 임의의 사이클에서 전기한 각 분출노즐을 개방 또는 폐쇄하는 것에 의해 임의의 사이클에서 전기한 분출노즐의 분출위치가 변화되는 사이클블로우를 수행하기 위하여 제어장치에 의해 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동유량가변분출노즐.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 전기한 다수의 분출노즐의 작동은, 임의의 사이클에서 전기한 각 분출노즐을 개방 또는 폐쇄하는 것에 의해 임의의 사이클에서 전기한 분출노즐의 분출위치가 변화되는 사이클블로우를 수행하기 위하여 제어장치에 의해 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동유량가변분출노즐.
  13. 제2항에 있어서, 그라운드에 점지되는 도전성슬리이브가 전기한 관형상노즐케이싱의 전기한 분출구에 설치되어, 전기한 전원작동모우터로 부터의 누전을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동유량가변분출노즐.
  14. 제2항에 있어서, 전기한 전원작동모우터의 모우터부는 그라운드에 점지되는 도전성커어버로 둘러싸이는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동유량 가변분출노즐.
  15. 제2항에 있어서, 전기한 전원작동모우터는, 양끝이 각각 온수흡입구와 전기한 분출노즐에 접속되는 온수순환통로에 장착된 순환펌프는 따라 제어장치에 의해 제어되므로, 분출용적과 압력이 다른 여러가지 모우드로 전기한 온수가 분출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동유량가변분출노즐.
