복합식 선풍기 날개

본 고안은 복합식 선풍기 날개에 관한 것으로, 특히 축류형(프로펠러형)날개를 사용하는 선풍기에 적합하도록 한 복합식 선풍기 날개에 관한 것이다.
종래의 축류형 선풍기 날개는 제1도와 같이 선풍기 날개의 중심허브(1)에 별도의 형상을 구성함이 없이 3엽 또는 4엽의 단순 블레이드 형상이었다.
이러한 종래의 선풍기 날개는 제2도에서와 같이, 중심허브(1)로부터 소정의 비틀림각을 가지는 3엽 또는 4엽의 날개(2)가 형성되어 있으므로 날개가 R방향으로 회전할때 날개(2)임의면에서의 유체유동은 원주방향(a')의 유속과 반경방향의 원심방향(b')유속의 합력에 의한 유속에 따라 날개(2) 전후면의 압력차가 유도되고 그 압력차에 의하여 바람이 일어나게 된다.
그러나, 종래의 일반 프로펠러형 선풍기 날개에 있어서는 중심부에 가까운 부분은 반경방향 및 원심방향으로서 유속이 적고(그 방향의 유속은 반경에 비례하므로), 따라서 중심부위에서의 풍량이 적어지는 결함이 있었다.
본 고안은 이와같은 종래의 결함을 해소하기 위하여 안출한 것으로, 선풍기 날개의 중심허브 외주면에 미세한 원심형 날개를 나선상으로 형성하여 중심부에서의 원심방향유속을 발생시켜 풍량을 증가시키고 날개 전면에 걸쳐 바람의 범위를 확대할 수 있게 한 것인 바, 이를 첨부한 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
제3도 및 제4도에 도시한 바와같이, 중심허브(1)로부터 소정의 비틀림각을 가지는 3엽 또는 4엽의 날개(2)가 형성된 선풍기의 날개에 있어서, 상기 중심허브(1)의 외주면에 소형의 원심형 나선형 블로워(3)를 다수개 형성 하여서 된 것이다.
이와 같이 된 본 고안은 중심허브(1)에 소형의 원심형 나선상 블로워(3)가 형성되어 있으므로 중심부에서의 원심방향 유속이 발생하게 되고 이에의해 볼텍스(VORTEX)효과가 유발되어 풍량이 증가되고 날개의 전면에 걸쳐 원심방향 분속이 증가되어 바람의 범위가 확대되어 진다.
제4도를 참조하면, 날개가R방향으로 회전할때 블로워(3)에 의하여 바람이 원심방향(C)으로 방류되고 이에따라 날개(2)의 원심방향(b)으로의 분속이 증대되어 원주방향(a)으로의 분속과의 합력이 증대되므로 풍량이 증대되고 바람의 범위가 확대된다.
이상에서 설명한 바와 같은 본 고안은 중심부에서의 원심방향 유속을 증가시켜 중심부의 풍량을 증대시키고, 날개 전면에 걸쳐 원심방향 유속을 증가시키므로 바람의 범위를 확대시키는 동시에 풍량이 증가되며 원심방향 오속이 증가됨에 따라 날개 선단부위에서의 유선박리(separation)를 방지하여 진동 및 소음이 방지되는 이점등이 있다.

  1. 중심허브(1)에서 소정의 비틀림각을 가지는 3엽 또는 4엽의 날개(2)가 형성된 것에 있어서, 상기 중심허브(1)의 외주면에 다수개의 원심형 나선상 블로워(3)를 형성하여 구성함을 특징으로 하는 복합식 선풍기 날개.
