제1도는 본 발명에 의한 방법의 연속공정을 설명하는 도면이다. 제2도는 평행으로 배열된 2개의 반응기와 함께 본 발명에 의한 방법의 불연속공정을 설명하는 도면이다.

Claims (14)

  1. 산화반응은 수용성층의 부재와 산화제의 존재하에서 실시되고, 산화반응시 형성되는 물분자는 다량의 수용성 극성 용매로 상기 촉매 지지체를 정기적으로 세척함으로써 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 메르캅탄의 촉매산화에 의한 원유층의 정제 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 극성 용매가 DIMROTH등급에서 35이상의 극성 파라미터를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 극성 용매가 C5, 케톤, 아민, 니트릴, 테트라히드로푸란, 메틸에릴케톤, 디메틸 설폭사이드(DMSO) 또는 디메틸포름 아미드(DMF) 중 하나를 포함하는 1차 또는 2차의 모노-또는 디-알콜인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지지체 용적의 10%이상의 극성 용매량으로 지체를 정기적으로 세척하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제4항 있어서, 혼합물의 부피에 대해 10 내지 100%, 특히 30 내지 60%의 극성 용매를 혼합물에 지속적으로 유입시켜 상기 세척을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제5항 있어서, 상기 극성 용매가 수용성이며 혼합물에 용해되는 매탄올인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제4항 있어서, 혼합물 처리 과정을 중단한 후 지지체 용적의 10%이상의 극성 용매량을 주입시킴으로써 지지체를 세척하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제7항 있어서, 수용성극성 용매가 에탄올인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 정기적인 세척이 3 내지 10주 마다 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 정기적인 세척은 10 내지 90℃의 온도와 0.1 내지 5v.v.h의 시공 속도로 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산화 반응은 20 내지 60℃의 온도, 1내지 30파스칼의 압력, 0.25 내지 6v.v.h의 시공속도에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 촉매지지체가 5 내지 100중량%의 탄소를 함유하며, 이때 금속 킬레이트가 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 금속 킬레이트가 코발트 프탈로시 아닌인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 지지체는 알킬리 및/또는 알칼리 토류의 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
