제1도는 캐터필러밴드부분과 그 구성품의 사시도, 제2도는 제1동래법 또는 제2종래법에 의하여 열처리된 부싱의 단면도, 제3도는 본발명에 의해 열처리된 부싱의 단면도.
Claims (7)
- 중탄소강의 부싱소재를 침탄하는 공정과, 부싱소재를 상온까지 냉각하는 공정과, 부싱소재벽의 전체단면이 가열되도록 부싱소재의 외표면으로부터만 부싱소재를 유도가열하는 공정과, 냉각에 의해 부싱소재를 퀘칭하는 공정과, 부싱소재를 템퍼링하는 공정으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 캐터필러밴드용 부싱의 제조법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부싱소재로 사용되는 강은 0.3-0.5중량%의 탄소량을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 캐터필러밴드용 부싱의 제조법.
- 1항에 있어서, 침탄이 6시간 이내로 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 캐터필러밴드용 부싱의 제조법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부싱소재의 벽부분에 인접한 표면이 로크웰경도 Hgc52.3이상의 경도로 경화되도록 침탄이 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 캐터필러밴드용 부싱의 제조법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 템퍼링이 300°C이하의 온도에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 캐터필러밴드용 부싱의 제조법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부싱소재의 전체단면이 로크웰경도 Hgc52.3이상의 경도로 경화되도록 퀘칭과 템퍼링이 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 캐터필러밴드용 부싱의 제조법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 압축잔류응력이 부싱소재의 표면뿐 아니라 부싱소재의 벽의 코어부에 잔존하도록 퀘칭과 템퍼링이 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 캐터필러밴드용 부싱의 제조법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
