Description

전화기용 다이얼 버튼의 접속지지구

본 고안은 전화기용 다이얼 버튼에 있어서, 버튼을 누를때에 인쇄 회로기판과의 접속동작을 양호하게 한 전화기용 다이얼 버튼의 접속 지지구에 관한 것이다.
종래의 합성수지제로 된 다이얼 버튼에 있어서는 버튼을 누르는 압지부의 저면중앙부에 인쇄회로 기판과의 접속부가 돌출되어 있을 뿐이고, 이 접속부의 주연상에는 인쇄회로 기판과의 접속을 양호하게 하는 어떠한 보조적인 구조물도 없었다.
따라서 버튼을 누르는 힘이 압지무에 불균일하게 가하여졌을 경우에는 인쇄회로 기판과 접속부의 접지동작이 불안정 하게되고, 이와같이 버튼을 누르는 힘의 불균형이 심할 경우에는 버튼이 동작되는 통공내에서 그 버튼이 걸리게 되어 버튼을 사용할수 없게 된다는 등의 문제점이 있었다.
본 고안은 이상과 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 인쇄 회로기판과 접속되는 접속부의 주연에 그 접속부의 높이와 동일하거나 약간 낮은 지지구를 돌설하여서 이 지지구가 인쇄회로기판에 접지되게 하므로서 버튼을 누르는 힘이 불균인한 경우에도 정확하게 인쇄회로 기판상에 접지되게 한 것이다.
이와같은 본 고안을 첨부된 도면에 의거하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
전화기용 다이얼 버튼(1)의 저면 중앙부에 돌설된 접속부(2)가 인쇄회로기판(3)에 접속되도록 구성함에 있어서, 접속부(2)의 임의의 주연상에 이 접속부(2)의 높이와 동일하거나 조금 낮게 돌출된 다수개의 지지구(4)를 형성하여서 구성된 구조로 되어있다.
미설명부호 5는 판체이고, T는 탄성편이다.
이와같이 된 본 고안의 작용효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
전화를 걸기위하여 송수화기를 들고 손가락으로 다이얼 버튼을 누르면 탄성편(T)이 찌그러들면서 버튼(1)의 저면 중앙부에 돌설된 접속부(2)가 돌설된 접속부(2)가 인쇄 회로기판(3)상에 접속되면서 그 버튼에 해당되는 전화번호의 신호가 송출되는 것이다.
이때 손가락으로 버튼(1)을 누르는 힘이 불균일하여 어느 한쪽으로 치우치게 되더라도 접속부(2)가 인쇄회로기판(3)상에 접속되기 전에 접속부(2)의 주연상에 돌출된 다수의 지지구(4)가 먼저 인쇄회로기판(3)에 접지되면서 접속부(2)가 수평을 유지하게 되어 접속부(2)가 정확하게 인쇄회로기판(3)상에 접속되게 되는 것이다.
이와같이 본 고안은 인쇄회로기판(3)상에 접속되는 접속부(2)가 이 접속부(2)의 주연상에 돌설된 지지구(4)에 의하여 항상 수평이 유지되면서 인쇄회로기판(3)상에 접속되도록 되어 있으므로 버튼의 접속동작이 불안전하게 되거나 버튼이 안내통공 내에서 걸리게 되는 등의 문제점을 해결하게한 유용한 고안인 것이다.

  1. 전화기용 다이얼 버튼(1)의 저면 중앙부에 돌설된 접속부(2)가 인쇄회로기판(3)상에 접속되도록 구성함에 있어서, 접속부(2)의 임의의 주연상에 다수의 지지구(4)를 돌설하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 전화기용 다이얼 버튼의 접속지지구.
