Claims (18)

  1. 산화금속피복 기질 진주광택 염료와의 수성분사계를 레이크 시약과 피복 pH에서 혼합함을 특징로 하는 흡착 염료로 착색된 진주광택 안료의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분산계중의 진주광택 안료의 농도가 약20-30%인 것이 특징인 흡착 염료 착색 진주광택 안료의 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 레이크 시약이 알루미늄, 지르코늄, 칼슘, 바륨 또는 스트론륨 레이크 시약이고 피복 pH는 약 4.5 내지 7인 것이 특징인 흡착 염료 착색 진주광택안료의 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서,피복 pH가 약5인 것이 특징인 흡착 염료 착색 진주광택 안료의 제조방법.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 혼합을 실온에서 수행하는 것일 특징인 흡착 염료 착색 진주광택 안료의 제조방법.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 수성 분산계가 상기 안료 중량에 기초해서 약 0.5-6%의 욤료를 함유하는 것이 특징인 흡착염료 착색 진주광택 안료의 제조방법.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 레이크 시약이 일정시간동안 상기 수성분산계에첨가되는 가수분해 가능한 알루미늄 화합물이고, 그의 초기 첨가 비율은 피복 pH4.5 - 로 pH를 유지시키는 비율이고 그 후의 비율은 상기 피복 pH로 pH를 유지시키도록하는 비율인 것이 특징인 흡착 염료 착색 진주광택 안료의 제조방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 레이크 시약이 염화알루미늄이고 그의 초기 도입비율을 피복 pH가 약5가 될때까지 유지시키는 것이 특징인 흡착 염료 착색 진주광택 안료의 제조방법.
  9. 제2항에 있어서, 레이크 시약이 지르코늄 레이크 시약이고 피복 pH 는 약 3-4.5인것이 특징인 흡착 염료착색 진주광택 안료의 제조방법.
  10. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 진주광택 안료와 상기 염료의 색상이 서로 다른것이 특징인 흡착 염료 착색 진주광택 안료의 제조방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 레이크 시약이 알루미늄, 지르코늄, 칼슘, 바륨 또는 스트론튬 레이크 시약이고, 피복 pH는 약5-7이며 상기 분산계가 상기 안료중량에 기포하여 약 1-5%의 염료를 함유하는 것이 특징인 흡착염료 착색 진주광택 안료의 제조방법.
  12. 표면이 염료 레이크에 고정된 균질하게 분산된 흡착 염료를 그 표면에 탐지하는 산화 금속 피복 기질 진주광택 안료입자로 이루어진 비 - 블리딩, 비 - 응집성의 광택성 유색 진주광택안료.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 진주광택 안료가 이산화티타늄 피복 운모인것이 특징인 비 - 블리딩, 비 - 응집성의 광택성 유색 진주광택안료.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 염료 레이크가 알루미늄, 칼슘, 바륨, 스트론튬 또는 지르코늄 레이크인것이 특징인 비 - 블리딩, 비 - 응집성의 광택성 유색 진주광택안료.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 염료갈 상기 안료중량의 0.5 - 6%인것이 특징인 비 - 블리딩, 비 - 응집성의 광택성유색 진주광택안료.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 염료 레이크가 수산화알루미늄으로된 것이 특징인 비 - 블리딩, 비 - 응집성의 광택성유색 진주광택안료.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 진주광택 안료와 상기 염료의 색상이 서로 상이한 것이 특징인 비 - 블리딩, 비 - 응집성의 광택성유색 진주광택안료.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 염료가 상기 안료 중량의 약1-5%인것이 특징인 비 - 블리딩, 비 - 응집성의 광택성유색 진주광택안료.
