Claims (24)
- GBN및 1종 이상이 세라믹 물질 또는 BN과 반응하여 세라믹 물질을 형성하는 금속으로 된 혼합물을, 상기 GBN을 CBN으로 전환시키고, 상기 금속을 그에 대응하는 금속 세라믹으로 전환시키며, 상기 CBN/세라믹체를 형성하기 위한 HP/HT 조건하에서 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결된 다결정 CBN/세라믹체의 개선된 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물중의 GBN의 비율이 약 10 내지 95vol%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물의 중의 약 1.5밀리미터 이하의 입도를 갖는 입자 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, GBN입자의 입도가 0.1 내지 10 미크론 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물 중의 세라믹 물질 또는 금속 0.1 내지 100 미크론 범위의 입도를 갖는 입자 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물 중의 GBN을 표면의 산화붕소를 제거하기 위해 진공 소성 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물 중의 GBN을 부분적으로 분해시킴으로써 표면의 붕소 풍부화를 얻기 위해 진공 소성 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물의 화학 증착법, 졸겔 기술, 중합체 열분해 기술 및 연소 합성법 중 어느 한가지 방법에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물 중의 세라믹 물질이 알루미늄, 티탄, 규소, 크롬, 하프늄, 지르코늄, 탄탈, 볼리브덴, 니오븀, 바나듐, 텅스텐 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 군 중에서 선택된 금속의 탄화물, 질화물, 침탄질화물, 붕화물 또는 규화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹 물질이 알루미늄, 티탄, 규소, 크롬, 하프늄, 지르코늄, 탄탈, 몰리브덴, 니오븀, 바나듐, 텅스텐 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 군중에서 선택된 금속의 탄화물, 질화물, 침탄질화물, 붕화물 또는 규화물인 세라믹을 니켈, 코발트, 크롬, 망간, 철, 몰리브덴, 텅스텐, 바나듐, 알루미늄, 마그네슘, 규소, 티탄, 지르코늄, 하프늄 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 군중에서 선택된 금속으로 접합시킴으로써 형성된 서어멧(cermet)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전환을 유도하기 위해 상기 혼합물을 1000-2300℃의 온도 및 45-80Kbar의 압력을 받게하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 형성된 CBN/세라믹체를 그의 입자 형성을 위해 입도 축소 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- GBN과 1종 이상의 세라믹 물질 또는 BN과 반응하며 세라믹 물질을 형성하는 금속으로 된 혼합물로 부터 HP/HT법에 의해 GBN 및 결합체 모두가 그 자체로서 형성되는 것이 특징인 CBN/세라믹결합체.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물 중의 GBN의 비율이 10-95 vol%범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 결합체.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물 중의 GBN 약 1.5㎜ 이하의 입도를 갖는 입자 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 결합체.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물 중의 GBN입자의 입도가 0.1-10 미크론 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 결합체.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물 중의 세라믹 물질 또는 금속이 0.1-100 미크론 범위의 입도를 갖는 입자 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 결합체.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물 중의 GBN을 표면의 산화붕소를 제거하기 위해 진공 소성 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 결합체.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물 중의 GBN을 진공소성 처리하여 부분적으로 분해시킴으로써 표면을 붕소풍부화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 결합체.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물 중의 세라믹 물질이 알루미늄, 티탄, 규소, 크롬, 하프늄, 지르코늄, 탄탈, 몰리브덴, 니오븀, 바나듐, 텅스텐 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 군 중에서 선택된 금속의 탄화물, 질화물, 침탄질화물, 붕화물 또는 규화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 결합체.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹 물질이, 알루미늄, 티탄, 규소, 크롬, 하프늄, 지르코늄, 탄탈, 몰리브덴, 니오븀, 바나듐, 텅스텐 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 군중에서 선택된 금속의 탄화물, 질화물, 침탄진화물, 봉화물 또는 규화믈인 세라믹을 니켈, 코발트, 크롬, 망간, 철, 몰리브텐, 텅스텐, 바나듐, 알루미늄, 마그네슘, 규소, 티탄, 지르코늄, 하프늄 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 군중에서 선택된 금속으로 접합시킴으로써 형성된 서어멧(cermet)인 것을 특징으로 하는 결합체.
