Claims (6)
- 고주파 고온체 장치용 전극구조물은 지지암과, 상기 지지암의 단부에 설치된 전극의 일원인 전극유닛과, 그리고 상기 전극유닛의 한면위에 분리가능하게 장치된 냉각액수납백으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 고주파 고온체 장치용 전극구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지암은 해당 외면위에 상기 액수납백의 액튜우브를 결합하는 수단으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 고주파 고온체 장치용 전극구조물.
- 고주파 고온체 장치용 전극구조물은 지지암과, 상기 지지암의 단부에 설치된 전극의 일원인 전극유닛과, 그리고 상기 전극유닛의 한면위에 설치된 상기 절연백이 팽창되거나 수축되도록 탄력성을 갖는 절연백으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 고주파 고온체 장치용 전극구조물.
- 고주파 조온체 장치용 전극구조물은 지지암과, 상기 지지암의 단부에 설치된 전극의 일원인 전극유닛과, 상기 절연백이 팽창되거나 수축되도록 탄력성을 갖는 상기 졀연백과, 그리고 상기 전극유닛의 한면위에 분리가능하게 장치된 냉각액수 납백으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 고주파 고온체 장치용 전극구조물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 지지암은 해당 지지암 외면위에 상기 액수납백의 튜우브를 결합하는 수단으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 고주파 고온체 장치용 전극구조물.
- 고주파 고온체 장치용 전극구조물은 플렉시블삽입튜우브와, 상기 플랙시블삽입튜우브 한단부에 설치된 전극과, 상기 전극을 에워싸는 냉각액수납백과, 그리고 체공내에 삽입된 상기 전극의 위치를 검지 하기위한 상기 플렉시블 삽입튜우브가 설치된 자석소자로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 고주파 고온체 장치용 전극구조물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
