Claims (1)
- Pb 첨가 쾌삭강을 제조함에 있어서, C : 0.46-0.47Wt%(이하, %라 칭함), Si : 0.27-0.30%, Mn : 0.74-0.76%, P : 0.021-0.027%, S : 0.008%이하, Al : 0.014-0.019% 및 나머지 Fe와 불가피한 불순물을 함유하는 기계구조용 탄소강에 Pb를 0.052-0.29% CaFMF 0.001-0.003% 첨가함과 동시에 Pb 및 Ca 계 개재물의 크기를 0.5-2.5㎛ 범위의 것이 60% 이상 되게 미세화시킴을 특징으로 하는 기계적 성질이 우수한 Pb첨가 쾌삭강의 제조방법.
