Claims (9)

  1. 수-분산성 글리시딜 에테르 형태의 에폭시 수지, 인화점이 180℃ 이상인 아미노 고정제(setting agent) 및 부가제(무수 수지 100부당 계산된 부, 즉 실란 0.1 내지 2% 및 광유 0 내지 15%) 성분의, 절연 유리 섬유용 호제(size).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지가 중합지수(n), 1, 바람직하게는 0.2의 글리시딜 에테르임을 특징으로 하는 호제.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 중합지수 n이 엄밀히 0 이상임을 특징으로 하는 호제.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고정제의 NH 등몰량이 100g 미만임을 특징으로 하는 호제.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고정제를 화학양론 비율과 실제로 동일한 비율로 에폭시 수지에 가함을 특징으로 하는 호제.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수지/고정제 커플의 겔화 시간이 25분을 초과함을 특징으로 하는 호제.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고정제의 성분이 디시안 디아미드임을 특징으로 하는 호제.
  8. 물에 희석된 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 따른 호제를, 고온에서 기체 유동시켜 추출하는 공기역학적 방법에 따른 수득된 절연 유리섬유의 섬유제조 및 수집후드내에서 상기 섬유상에 분무함을 특징으로 하는 호제.
  9. 밀도가 4 내지 30kg/m2인 절연 생성물을 수득하기 위한, 제8항에 따른 방법의 적용.
