Claims (1)
- 초기 원료를 함유하는 탄화수소류 및 수소가 나란히 연속 배열된 적어도 2개의 반응 구역을 통해 순환하며, 각각의 반응 구역의 유동층 형태이며, 원료가 각각의 반응 구역으로 연속 순환하고, 촉매 또한 각각의 반응 구역을 통하여 연속 순환한 뒤, 유동층의 형태로 각각의 구역쪽으로 하방 연속 유동하고, 각각의 반응 구역(마지막 구역제외)의 하부로부터 배출된 촉매가 수소 스트림으로 다음 반응 구역의 상부로 이송되며, 촉매가 마지막 반응구역의 하부로부터 연속 배출되며, 원료가 상기 구역을 통해서 재생 구역으로 보내지는 촉매의 존재하에서 탄화수소류를 개질 하거나 방향족 탄화수소류를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, (a) 원료가 통과하는 마지막 반응 구역으로 배출된 소모된 촉매를 모든 주위의 수소로 퍼어징(purging)하고, (b) 소모된 촉매를 질소 아래에 놓고, (c) 소모된 촉매를 질소 스트림에 의해 재생 구역으로 통과시키고, (d) 재생된 촉매를 질소 스트림에 의해 미립자의 재생된 촉매를 세광하는 구역으로 통과시킨 후, 모든 주위의 질소를 퍼어징하고, (e) 재생된 촉매를 수소가 존재하는 챔버로 통과시켜 촉매가 제1반응 구역으로 연속이송되기 전에 촉매를 부분적으로 또는 전부 환원시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
