Claims (18)

  1. 활성화 이중결합 하나 이상을 갖는 카보닐 화합물 0.1 내지 10중량%, 작용성 그룹을 갖는 중합체 5내지 30중량%, 추가 보조 물질 0 내지 10중량%, 및 100중량%를 만들기 위한 나머지 양의 용매 하나 이상을 함유하는, 결합시키기 전에 금속 또는 합성 재료(플라스틱)의 표면을 처리하기 위한, 열-활성가능한 접착 촉진제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 카보닐그룹 하나 이상이 이중결합으로 공액된 불포화 디카복실산 및/또는 이의 유도체가 카보닐 화합물로서 함유됨을 특징으로 하는 접착 촉진제.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 카보닐 그룹 하나 이상이 이중결합을 공액된 불포화 디카복실산의 에스테르 및/또는 반-에스테르가 카보닐 화합물로서 함유됨을 특징으로 하는 접착 촉진제.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 말레산과 1급 C1- 내지 C6- 알콜과의 에스테르 및/또는 반-에스테르가 카보닐 화합물로서 함유됨을 특징으로 하는 접착 촉진제.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 카복실산그룹, 아미노그룹 및/또는 하이드록실그룹과의 다축합물, 다부가물 및/또는 중합체가 작용성 그룹을 갖는 중합체로서 존재함을 특징으로 하는 접착 촉진제.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아미노그룹, 카복실산그룹 및/또는 하이드록실그룹과의 폴리에스테르, 폴리이미드 및/또는 폴리우레탄이 중합체로서 존재함을 특징으로 하는 접착 촉진제.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이량체 지방산으로부터 유도된 폴리아미드가 중합체로서 존재함을 특징으로 하는 접착 촉진제.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 1 내지 40, 및 바람직하게는 2 내지 9의 아민가를 갖는 이량체 지방산으로부터 유도된 폴리아미드가 중합체로서 존재함을 특징으로 하는 접착 촉진제.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, C1-C6알콜이, 필요할 경우 고-비점 방향족 및/또는 지방족 탄화수소와의 혼합물 형태로, 용매로서 존재함을 특징으로 하는 접착 촉진제.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 어느 한 항에 있어서, 안정화제, 산화방지제, 염료, 가소제 및 증점제가 보조물질로서 존재함을 특징으로 하는 접착 촉진제.
  11. 불포화 디카복실산 및/또는 이의 무수물을 승온에서 1급 C1-C6알콜로 충진시켜 적어도 부분적으로 에스테르화시키고, 작용성 중합체를 동일한 알콜 또는 방향족 용매에 용해시킨 후, 두 용액을 합한 다음, 고체 함량이 30중량%를 넘지 않고, 디카복실산 유도체 : 중합체의 비가 약 1 : 50 내지 1 : 2, 및 바람직하게는 1 : 5 내지 1 : 15로 되도록 조정함을 특징으로 하여, 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 따르는 접착 촉진제를 제조하는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 말레산 무수물을 비점에서 0.5 내지 2시간 동안 이소프로판올에 용해시키고, 냉각시키면서, 이 용액을 아미노그룹을 함유하며 이소프로판올중의 이량체 지방산으로부터 유도된 폴리아미드 용액과 합한 후, 필요한 경우, 추가로 혼합물을 방향족 탄화수소로 희석시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 중합체 섬유의 표면을 처리하기 위한 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 따르는 열-활성가능한 접착 촌진제의 용도.
  14. 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 따르는 표면 처리제를 적어도 소량씩 함유하는 중합체 섬유.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 폴리아미드, 폴리에스테르, 폴리이미드로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 중합체 섬유.
  16. 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서, 방향족 폴리아미드로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 중합체 섬유.
  17. 제14항 내지 제16항중 어느 한 항에 잇어서, 코팅제의 양이 섬유 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.01 내지 12중량%인 중합체 섬유.
  18. 제14항 내지 제17항중 어느 한 항에 따르는 섬유를 수지 용액을 사용하여 처리(여기에서, 제1건조 전,후에 섬유를 수지 용액으로 충진된 욕에 침지시킨다)하고, 필요한 경우, 100℃를 넘는 온도에서 건조 및/또는 후-처리함을 특징으로 하여, 중합체 섬유를 개질시키는 방법.
