Claims (10)

  1. (ⅰ) β-히드록시 유레탄 관능 물질, (ⅱ) 폴리카르복실산 성분으로 구서되는 결합제 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 β-히드록시 우레탄 관능 물질이 a, 일반식 C3N6(CH2OR)6-x (CH2NHCOOR1)x 의 트리아진 화합물. b, 일반식 C3N5(C6H5)(CH2OR)4-y (CH2NHCOOR1)y 의 벤조구아나민 화합물 c. 일반식 C4H2N4O2(CH2OR)4-y (CH2NHCOOR1)y 의 글리콜루릴 화합물 d. 일반식 C3N5(CH3)(CN2OR)4-y (CH2NHCOOR1)y 의 아세토구아나민 화합물 e. 일반식 C3H4N2O3 (CH2NHCOOR1)2의 4,5-디히드록시-2-이미다졸리든 화합물 f. (a)의 올리고머, g. (b)의 올리고머, h. (c)의 올리고머, I. (d)의 올리고머, j. (e)의 올리고머, (여기서 R기는 독립적으로 수소 또는 1-12개 탄소원자의 알킬이고, R1기는 독립적으로 2-18개의 탄소원자의 -히드록시알킬 단독 또는 1-18개의 탄소원자의 알킬과 겸비된 2-18개의 탄소원자의 -히드록시알킬이고, X는 약2-6이고, y는 약 2-4임)로부터 선택되는 결합제 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 약 4:1-약 1:5의 -히드록시 우레탄 관능 물질 대 폴리카르복시산 성분 중량비를 포함하는 결합제 조성물.
  4. 액체 결합제 조성물과 유리섬유를 접촉시키고, 유리섬유를 매트로 형성시키고 나서 유리섬유위에서 보유된 결합제 조성물을 열경화시키는 것으로 구성되는 유리섬유 매트를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, (ⅰ) -히드록시우레탄 관능 물질. (ⅱ) 폴리카르복시 산 성분으로 구성되는 결합제 조성물과 유리섬유를 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리섬유 매트를 제조하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 결합제 조성물내의 -히드록시 우레탄 관능 물질이 a. 일반식 C3N6(CH2OR)6-x(CH2NHCOOR1)x 의 트리아진 화합물. b, 일반식 C3N5(C6H5)(CH2OR)4-y (CH2NHCOOR1)y 의 벤조구아나민 화합물 c. 일반식 C4H2N4O2(CH2OR)4-y (CH2NHCOOR1)y 의 글리콜루릴 화합물 d. 일반식 C3N5(CH3)(CN2OR)4-y (CH2NHCOOR1)y 의 아세토구아나민 화합물 e. 일반식 C3H4N2O3 (CH2NHCOOR1)2의 4,5-디히드록시-2-이미다졸리든 화합물 f. (a)의 올리고머, g. (b)의 올리고머, h. (c)의 올리고머, I. (d)의 올리고머, j. (e)의 올리고머, (여기서 R기는 독립적으로 수소 또는 1-12개 탄소원자의 알킬이고, R1기는 독립적으로 2-18개의 탄소원자의 -히드록시알킬 단독 또는 1-18개의 탄소원자의 알킬과 겸비된 2-18개의 탄소원자의 -히드록시알킬이고, x는 약2-6이고, y는 약 2-4임)로 부터 선택되는 방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 약 4:1-약 1:5의 -히드록시 우레탄 관능 물질 대 폴리카르복시산 성분의 중량비를 포함하는 방법.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 결합제 조성물이, 처리된 유리섬유의 중량을 기준으로 약 3-약 10중량%의 결합제 고체성분을 유리섬유위로 부착시키기 위해 유리섬유와 한번이상 접촉되는 방법.
  8. β -히드록시 우레탄 관능 물질. (ⅱ) (a) 1,2,3,4-부탄테트라카르복시산(BTCA) (b) 1,2,3,4-부탄 테트라카르복시산 무수물 (c) 1,2,3,4-시클로펜탄-테트라카르복시산 (d) 1,2,3,4-시클로펜탄-테르라카르복시산 무수물 (e) 피로멜리트산 (f) 피로멜리트산 이무수물 (g) 말레산 (h) 말레산 무수물 (i) 폴리말레산 (j) 폴리말레산 무수물 (k) 1,2,3,4-시클로펜탄테트라카르복시산 무수물 (1) 2,3,4,5-테트라히드로푸란 카르복시산 (m) 2,3,4,5-테트라히드로푸란 카르복시산 무수물 (n) 및 (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), (g), (h), (i), (j), (k), (l), 및 (m)의 혼합물로 구서되는 군으로부터 선택되는 폴리카르복시산 성분으로 구성되는, 결합제 조성물로 코우팅된 유리 섬유 매트.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 결합제 배합물내의 β -히드록시 우레탄 관능 물질이 a, 일반식 C3N6(CH2OR)6-x(CH2NHCOOR1)x 의 트리아진 화합물. b, 일반식 C3N5(C6H5)(CH2OR)4-y (CH2NHCOOR1)y 의 벤조구아나민 화합물 c. 일반식 C4H2N4O2(CH2OR)4-y (CH2NHCOOR1)y 의 글리콜루릴 화합물 d. 일반식 C3N5(CH3)(CN2OR)4-y (CH2NHCOOR1)y 의 아세토구아나민 화합물 e. 일반식 C3H4N2O3 (CH2NHCOOR1)2의 4,5-디히드록시-2-이미다졸리든 화합물 f. (a)의 올리고머, g. (b)의 올리고머, h. (c)의 올리고머, I. (d)의 올리고머, j.
