Claims (16)

  1. 하기 일반식(I)의 화합물.
    상기식에서, R1은 분자량이 약 400 내지 약 8000인 m-작용성 폴리하이드록실 화합물의 m-작용성 잔기이고, R2는 수소 또는 메틸이고, m은 2내지 4의 정수이며, n은 약 0.05m 내지 약 0.73m의 평균값을 갖는 양수이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리하이드록실 화합물이 폴리알킬렌 폴리에테르인 화합물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(I)에서 R2가 수소이고, NH2그룹이 오르토 또는 파라 위치에 존재하는 하기 일반식(I') 또는 (I")의 화합물.

    상기식에서, R1, m 및 n은 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, n가 0.3m 내지 0.6m의 평균값을 갖는 양수인 화합물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, n가 0.15m 내지 0.70m의 평균값을 갖는 양수인 화합물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, m가 2 또는 3인 화합물.
  7. (a) 알칼리성 화합물의 존재하에서, 비교적 고분자량의 일반식(II)와 m-작용성 폴리하이드록실 화합물(i)을 일반식(III)의 화합물(ii) n몰량과 반응시켜 일반식(IV)의 (m-n)-하이드록시 n-니트로펜옥시 부가물을 형성시키고, (b) 상기한 (m-n)-하이드록시 n-니트로펜옥시 부가물을 수소화함을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(I)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R1은 분자량이 약 400 내지 약 8000인 m-작용성 폴리하이드록실 화합물의 m-작용성 잔기이고, R2는 수소 또는 메틸이고, m은 2내지 4의 정수이며, n은 약 0.05m 내지 약 0.73m의 평균값을 갖는 양수이고, X는 할로겐이다.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, X가 불소 또는 염소인 방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 알칼리성 화합물이 단계(a)의 반응중에 방출되는 할로겐화수소를 중화시키기에 충분한 양인 수산화나트륨 또는 수산화칼륨 분말인 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 단계(a)에서 성분(ii) 1몰당 알칼리성 화합물 약 1 내지 3몰 당량을 사용하는 방법.
  11. 제7항에 있어서, 단계(a)를 용매의 부재하에 수행하는 방법.
  12. 제7항에 있어서, 단계(a)에서 유기용매를 사용하는 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 유기용매가 디메틸설폭사이드 또는 방향족 탄화수소인 방법.
  14. 제7항에 있어서, 단계(a)에서 상전이 촉매가 사용되는 방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상전이 촉매가 N-벤질-N,N,N-트리메틸암모늄 클로라이드, N-벤질-N,N,N-트리에틸암모늄 클로라이드, 또는 N-헥사데실-N,N,N-트리메틸암모늄 브라마이드인 방법.
  16. 이소시아네이트 중부가반응 공정에서 합성성분으로서 제1항에 따른 화합물을 사용함을 특징으로 하여, 폴리우레탄 가소성 물질을 제조하는 방법.
