Claims (1)
- 저항(R5)과 전원(E3)이 연결된 PUT(T1)와 콘덴서(C4)가 연결된 오피앰프(OP)에 저항(R6)을 통하여 전원(E1)을 연결하고 출력측에는 다이오드(D1)(D2)를 통하여 비교기(CP)의 타측단자(-)가 연결되게 톱니파 발생회로(5)를 구성하며 일측단자(+)에 저항(R3)(R4)과 콘덴서(C3)가 연결된 비교기(CP)의 출력측에는 트랜지스터(Q2)와 FET(Q3)로 제어되는 트랜지스터(Q1)를 연결하고 전원부(3)의 출력은 트랜지스터(Q1)를 통한후 콘덴서(C3)와 저항(R3)(R4)에 인가되게 연결하여 정전압 회로(10)를 구성한 후 정전압 회로(10)의 출력측에 가변 저항(VR1)과 테스트 소자(2)를 통하여 오실로 스코우프(1)가 연결되게 구성한 부품의 전압, 전류 특성검사회로.
