Claims (4)

  1. 30 내지 70몰%의 에틸렌 함량을 갖고 있으며 검화도(saponification degree)가 적어도 95%인 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 공중합체의 검화된 생성물(A), 및 주요성분(들)으로서 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 및/또는 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트를 함유하는 열가소성 폴리에스테르(B)를 5:95(A:B) 내지 40:60의 중량 혼합비로 포함하며, 여기서 상기 A성분은 섬유의 횡단면 중에 섬(island)형태로 분포되어 있으며, 성분 A가 존재하지 않는 상기 성분 B의 섬유의 횡단면의 지역이 섬유 직경의 적어도 1/20 직경을 지닌 원형지역을 함유하는 성분 B지대(zone)를 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 서로 이종 혼합된 에틸렌-비닐 알코올 공중합체 및 폴리에스테르의 복합 섬유.
  2. 복합 섬유가 제1항의 이종 혼합물의 복합 섬유로 부터 유래하며, 표면층의 상기 성분 B는 알칼리 처리에 의해 부식되어 상기 성분 A만을 표면층에 남게 하여 불규칙적으로 거칠은 표면을 형성시키고, 집합체 중의 상기 섬유중 어느 하나는 다른 섬유와 상이한 횡단면 형태를 갖고 있음을 특징으로 하는, 서로 이종 혼합된 에틸렌-비닐 알코올 공중합체 및 폴리에스테르를 포함하는 복합섬유의 집합체.
  3. 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 공중합체의 검화된 생성물(A), 및 주요 성분(들)으로서 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 및/또는 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트를 포함하는 열가소성 폴리에스테르(B)를 별도로 용융 및 압출시키고, 방사 노즐 바로 전에 제공된 정적 혼합기를 통해 상기의 두 성분을 5:95(A:B) 내지 40:60의 중량 혼합비로 이종 혼합시킨 후, 혼합된 용융물을 방사 노즐을 통해 필라멘트로 압출시킴을 특징으로 하여, 에틸렌-비닐 알코올 공중합체 및 폴리에스테르의 이종 혼합물의 복합 섬유를 제조하는 방법.
  4. 제3항의 섬유 집합체를 섬유 형성 이후의 공정 중에서 알칼리 부식시킴을 특징으로 하여, 서로 이종 혼합된 에틸렌-비닐 알코올 공중합체 및 폴리에스테르를 포함하는 복합 섬유의 집합체를 제조하는 방법.
