Claims (8)

  1. 과일 및 채소를 수송하고 저장하는 콘테이너와 선창에 제어된 공기를 발생 및 유지하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 콘테이너에 담겨진 물품에 따라 선택된 양으로 발생된 질소 산소혼합물을 공급함으로써, 콘테이너에 지속적으로 중압상태를 유지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 과일 및 채소를 수송하고 저장하는 콘테이너와 선창에 제어된 공기를 발생 및 유지하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 선택된 양의 질소 산소화합물을 분자분리기에 의해 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 과일 및 채소를 수송하고 저장하는 콘테이너와 선창에 제어된 공기를 발생 및 유지하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 질소 산소혼합물을 가변적인 양으로 콘테이너에 공급시키고, 산소 비율이 21%에서 3~5%로 줄어드는 처리 조건을 설치하는 시작부분에 최대량을 공급하고, 계속해서 상기 콘테이너의 실제 누출율과 물품의 고유한 호흡강도에 의존하는 물품이 발생하는 CO2에 따라, 상기 혼합물의 공급량을 줄이는 것을 특징으로 하는 과일 및 채소를 수송하고 저장하는 콘테이너와 선창에 제어된 공기를 발생 및 유지하는 방법.
  4. 상기 항중 한항에 있어서, 상기 지속적으로 유지되는 처리중압은 물기둥의 약 2-3mm임을 특징으로 하는 과일 및 채소를 수송하고 저장하는 콘테이너와 선창에 제어된 공기를 발생 및 유지하는 방법.
  5. 상기 항중 한항에 있어서, O2와 CO2의 최적 선택량을 상기 콘테이너에 공급하는 상기 질소 산소화합물의 유출을 단순히 변화시킴으로써 유지하고, 약 중합상태를 지속시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 과일 및 채소를 수송하고 저장하는 콘테이너와 선창에 제어된 공기를 발생 및 유지하는 방법.
  6. 상기 항중 한항에 있어서, 상기 저장된 물품이 상기 물품에 해당하는 선택치 보다 더 많은 양의 CO2가 발생하고, 그러한 상기 공급된 혼합물이 상기 선택치로 줄이고 유지하기에 충분하지 않은 경우, CO2의 초과량은 CO2흡수기로 흡수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 과일 및 채소를 수송하고 저장하는 콘테이너와 선창에 제어된 공기를 발생 및 유지하는 방법.
  7. 제1항의 방법을 수행하기 위하여 다음과 같이 연속하여 연결된 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 과일 및 채소를 수송하고 저장하는 콘테이너와 선창에 제어된 공기를 발생 및 유지하는 장치 : 처리조건에 상기 콘테이너나 선창을 설치하기 위하여 공기 압축기(1), 공기 여과(2), 분자분리기(3), 질소 산소혼합물 조절기(4), 가스 정류량 장치(6)을 가진 용기(5), 최대전력조절기(7)를 연결하고, 중압상태를 유지하고 내용물에 의해 생성되는 CO2를 조절하기 위하여 상기 최대전력조절기(7)에 병렬로 연결된 유출 조절기(8)를 연결하고 중압의 배기장치(10)를 연결한 과일 및 채소를 수송하고 저장하는 콘테이너와 선창에 제어된 공기를 발생 및 유지하는 장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 콘테이너(11)와 상기 콘테이너(11)와 상기 조절기(7,8)의 출구 사이에 연결된 보조CO2흡수기(9)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 과일 및 채소를 수송하고 저장하는 콘테이너와 선창에 제어된 공기를 발생 및 유지하는 장치.
