품질이 우수한 그라스피막의 안정한 제조법

제1도는 그라스질 피막의 형성과정을 설명하는 개략도로서, (가)는 탈탄소둔후 소둔분리제를 도포한 강판의 단면을 나타내고, (나)는 최종 소온고둔과 MgO 분말제거 후 강판의 단면을 나타냄.
제2도는 소둔온도에 따른 분위기의 산화성정도를 나타내는 그래프.
제3도는 Fe/Si 몰비에 따른 금속산화물의 첨가량을 나타내는 그래프.

Claims (1)

  1. Si: 4.5% 이하를 함유한 일방향성 규소강판의 제조에 있어서, 탈탄소둔후의 강판표면의 내부산화층조성의 Si 과 Fe몰비에 비례하여, 알칼리금속과 알칼리토류금속을 제외한 금속산화물의 1종 또는 2종 이상을 0.5%-15.0%의 비율로 첨사한 소둔분리제를 도포한다음 최종고온소둔을 행하여 강판표면에 절연성, 내식성, 장력부여성, 및 자구분할성 등이 우수한 그라스질 피막을 안정하게 생성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 품질이 우수한 그라스피막의 안정한 제조법
