Claims (11)
- 중량기준으로, (A) 음이온 및 양이온 계면활성제 및 이들의 혼합물중에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 계면활성제로 안정화된 α,ω-(디히드록시)폴리디오루가노실옥산의 수-중-유타입 유탁액 100중량부, (B) 분자당, 하기식의 단위들중에서 적어도 둘의 상이한 단위들을 함유하는 히드록실화 실리콘 수지 1~100중량: R3SiO0.5, R2SiO, RSiO1.5및 SiO2(라디칼 R은 동일하거나 상이하며, 비닐, 페닐 및 3,3,3-트리플루오로프로필 라디칼 및 탄소원자수 1 내지 6의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 알킬라디칼임)(상기 수지의 히드록실기중량 함량은 0.1~10%임). (C) 비규산질무기충전제 0~250중량부, (D) 금속경화촉매화합물 0.01~3중량부 : 를 포함하며 고형물함량이 적어도 40%인 것을 특징으로 하는, 주위조건에서 수분제거로써 엘라수토머로 가교결합하는 수성 실리콘 분산액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수지 (B)가 MQ, MDQ, TD 및 MDT 수지중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 수성분산액.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 수지 (B)가 평균분자량이 25,000 이하인 톨루엔-가용성액체 또는 고체 수지임을 특징으로 하는 수성분산액.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속화합물 (D)가 수성유탁액 형태인 유기주석염(D)인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성분산액.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유탁액 (A)의 고형물함량이 적어도 45중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성실리콘 분산액.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수화알루미나, 알루미나, 탄산칼슘, 팽창페어미클라이트, 비팽창베어미클라이트, 카본블랙, 산화아연, 이산화티탄, 운모, 활석, 산화철, 황산바륨 및 소석회 중에서 선택되는 충전제 (C) 5~200중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 실리콘 분산액.
- 제6항에서 있어서, 탄산칼슘의 평균입경이 0.1μm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성실리콘 분산액.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (A) 25℃에서 점도가 50,000~1,500,000Pas이고 방향족 탄화수소 술폰산의 알칼리금속염과 폴리옥시에틸렌화 알킬페놀중에서 선택되는 계면활성제로 안정화된 a,s-(디히드록시)폴리디오루가노실옥산의 수-중-유타입 유탁액 100부, (B) 히드록실화 실리콘 수지 2~20부, (C) 무기충전제, 50~200부, (D) 디오루가노틴 디카르복실레이트 0.05~2부 : 를 포함하며 고형물함량이 적어도 60%인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성실리콘 분산액.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유탁액 (A) 100부당 규산나트륨 (0.3~30부) 및 보강 또는 반보강 규산질 충전제(1~150부)를 부가적으로 포함하며, 단 (C)+(E)의 부의 합은 (A) 100부당 300부 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성실리콘 분산액.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 오루가노트리알콕시실란, 알킬실리케이트 및 알킬폴리실리케이트 중에서 선택되는 부착촉진제 (F) 0.01~20중량부를 부가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 분산액.
- 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유탁액 (A) 100부당 0.1~5부의 산소화 붕소유도체를 부가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성분산액.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
