Claims (2)
- 차동증폭기를 구성하는 제1 및 제2의 트랜지스터와, 상기 제1 및 제2의 트랜지스터의 각각의 콜렉터와 전원단자 사이에 삽입된 제1 및 제2의 부하저항과, 제1의 트랜지스터의 콜렉터와 제2의 트랜지스터의 베이스 사이에 삽입된 제1의 귀환용량과 제2의 귀환용량의 직렬회로와, 제2의 트랜지스터의 콜렉터와 제1의 트랜지스터의 베이스 사이에 삽입된 귀환용량과 제4의 귀환용량의 직렬회로와 캐소우드가 서로 접속되고 한쪽의 애노우드가 제1의 귀환용량과 제2의 귀환용량의 접속점에 접속되고, 다른쪽의 에노우드가 제3의 귀환용량과 제4의 귀환용량의 접속점에 접속된 제1 및 제2의 가변용량 다이오우드와, 일단부가 제1의 가변용량 다이오우드의 애노우드에, 타단부가 기준전위에 접속된 제1의 공진코일과, 일단부가 제2의 가변용량 다이오우드의 애노우드에, 타단부가 기준전위에 접속된 제2의 공진코일을 갖추고, 상기 제1 및 제2의 가변용량 다이오우드의 공통 캐소우드에 변조신호를 인가하고,, 제1 및 제2의 트랜지스터의 콜렉터로부터 발진출력신호를 얻도록한 주파수변조기.
- 차동증폭기를 구성하는 제1 및 제2의 트랜지스터와, 상기 제1 및 제2의 트랜지스터의 각각의 콜렉터와 전원단자 사이에 삽입된 제1 및 제2의 부하저항과, 제1의 트랜지스터의 콜렉터와 제2의 트랜지스터의 베이스 사이에 삽입된 제1의 귀환용량과 제2의 귀환용량의 직렬회로와, 제2의 트랜지스터의 콜렉터와 제1의 트랜지스터의 베이스 사이에 삽입된 제3의 귀환용량과 제4의 귀환용량의 직렬회로와, 에노우드가 서로 접속되고 한쪽의 캐소우드가 제1의 귀환용량과 제2의 귀환용량의 접속점에 접속되고 다른쪽의 캐소우드가 제3의 귀환용량과 제4의 귀환용량의 접속점에 접속된 제1 및 제2의 가변용량 다이오우드와, 일단부가 제1의 가변용량 다이오우드의 캐소우드에 타단부가 기준전위에 접속된 제1의 공진코일과, 일단부가 제2의 가변용량 다이오우드의 캐소우드에, 타단부가 기준전위에 접속된 제2의 공진코일을 갖추고, 상기 제1 및 제2의 가변용량 다이오우드의 공통 에노우드에 변조신호를 인가하고, 제1 및 제2의 트랜지스터의 콜렉터로부터 발진출력신호를 얻도록한 주파수변조기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
