Claims (4)
- 카보니트릴을 임의로 촉매량의 수은 이온의 존재하에 트리플루오로아세트산으로 처리한 다음, 사산화 이질소 산화성 가수분해시키는 공정을 포함함을 특징으로 하여 전자 결핍 카보니트릴을 카복실산으로 전환시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 카보니트릴이 3,4,5,7-테트라-0-벤조일-2,6-[(트리플루오로아세틸)아미노]-D-글리세로-D-이도-헵토노니트릴이고,카복실산이 3,4,5,7테트라-0-벤조일-2,6-[(트리플루오로아세틸)아미노]-D-글리세로-D-이도-헵토산인 방법.
- 헵토노니트릴을 트리플르오로아세트산 무수물과 반응시켜 상응하는 2,6-트리플르오로아세틸아미노 화합물을 수득하고; 이 화합물을 임의로 촉매량의 수은 이온의 존재하에 트리플르오로아세트산과 반응시킨 다음, 사산화이질소와 반응시켜 상응하는 헵톤산을 수득하고; 이어서 보란, 수소화붕소나트륨 및 삼불화붕소로 처리하여 목적하는 헵티톨을 수득하고; 임의로 강산과 반응시켜 헵티톨의 상응하는 염을 수득하는 공정을 포함함을 특징으로 하여 3,4,5,7-테트라-0-(A)-2.6-이미노]-D-글리세로-D-이도-헵토노니트릴(여기서,A는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알카노일이거나 벤조일이다)을 1,3,4,5-테트라-0-(A)-2,6-디데옥시-2,6-아미노-D-글리세로-L-굴로-헵티톨 염산염으로 전환시키는 방법.
