경질 광택 목재판 연마장치

본 고안은 압축 가공을 한 경질 광택 목재판의 상하면에 연마하여 광택도를 높이는 가공 작업에 사용되는 연마 장치에 관한 것이다.
종래의 연마 장치는 1개씩 대상물의 연마 부위를 연마하여야 하므로 많은량의 물품을 연마 하는데 비능률적이므로 본 고안은 이를 개선해서 많은 목재판을 계속적으로 연마할 수 있도록 고안한 것인바 이를 첨부 도면에 의거하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
기틀(1)의 아배 부위에 착설한 이송 전동기(2)와 구동벨트(14)로서 연동케한 퓨리(3)에 의해서 구동하는 병열된 한쌍의 이송체인(4)를 기틀(1) 좌우에 공하여 구동기어(5)에 걸어서 회동케하여 병열된 이송체인(4)에는 적당수의 재치간(4')를 착설하여 목재판을 재치시켜 기틀(1) 한쪽에서 다른쪽으로 이송 작용케하며, 기틀(1)의 위부위에 적당수의 상부 연마 전동기(6)를 배설하여 구동벨트(9)로 구동케한 회전축(7)에는 연마부러시(8)을 착설하고 기틀(1) 아래부위에 적당수의 하부 연마 전동기(10)를 배설하여 구동벨트(13)으로 구동케한 회전축(11)에 연마 부러시(12)를 착설하여 연마부러시(8), (12)가 아래위로 서로 마주 위치되게 하여 그사이로 목판재가 이송되도록 한 것이다.
이와같이된 본 고안은 이송전동기(2)와 상부연마 전동기(6) 및 하부연마 전동기(10)을 가동시킴과 아울러 목재판을 기틀(1)의 좌측으로부터 재치간(4')에 재치시키면 이송체인(4)의 구동에 따라서 연마부러시(8), (12)사이를 통하여 우측으로 이송되면서 목재판의 상하면이 동시에 연마되며 목재판으로 계속적으로 재치간(4')위에 재치 시키는 작업 동작만으로 목재판의 상하면 연마 작업을 계속적으로 할수 있으며 연마 작업의 능률을 대폭 향상케 되는 실용적인 것이다.

  1. 기틀(1)와 아래부위에 착설한 이송 전동기(2)와 연동케한 퓨리(13)에 의해서 구동하는 병열된 한쌍의 이송체인(4)를 기틀(1) 좌우에 공하여 구동기어(5)에 걸어서 장설하고 이송체인(4)에 적당수의 재치간(4')를 착설하며 기틀(1)의 위 부위에 적당수의 상부 연마 전동기(6)를 배설하여 구동벨트(9)로 구동케한 회전축(7)에 연마 부러시(8)을 착설하고, 기틀(1) 아래 부위에 적당수의 하부 연마 전동기(10)을 배설하여 구동벨트(13)으로 구동케한 회전축(11)에 연마 부러시(12)을 착설하여 연마부러시(8), (12)를 아래위로 서로 마주 위치되게 하여서된 경질 광택 목재판 연마장치.
