Claims (10)
- 비자성 지지체(non-magnetic support), 및 도포에 의해 이 지지체상에 형성된 자성층을 함유하며, 입자크기 T가 0.1D≤T≤0.4D[여기에서, D는 자성층 도막두께이다] 범위내에 포함되는 탄소를 자성층에 포함함을 특징으로 하는 플렉서블 자기기록매체(flexible magnetic recording medium).
- 제1항에 있어서, 자성층이 100중량부의 자성분말 및 0.2 내지 20중량부의 탄소를 함유하는 자기매체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 탄소량이 1 내지 10중량부의 자성분말인 자기매체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 추가로 연마재가 자성층 100중량부에 대하여 0.1 내지 15중량부의 양으로 혼입된 자기매체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 연마재가 MgO, Cr2O3, α-Al2O3, α-Al2O3, α-SiC 및 β-SiC중에서 선택되는 자기매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 자성층이 100중량부의 자성분말을 함유하며, 또한 0.5 내지 20중량부의 불포화 지방산 에스테르를 윤활제로서 함유하는 자기매체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 불포화 지방산 에스테르가 올레산 에스테르, 엘라이드산 에스테르, 리놀레산 에스테르 및 리놀레인산 에스테르 중에서 선택되는 자기매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 자성층이 전자선-또는 방사선-경화성 수지를 결합제로서 함유하는 자기매체.
- 제8항에 있어서, 전자비임-또는 방사선-경화선 수지가, 분자량이 5000 이상인 화합물 A, 분자량이 1000 내지 50000이고 1개 이상의 불포화 2중결합을 갖는 화합물 B, 및 분자량이 2000 이하이고 1개 이상의 불포화 2중결합을 갖는 화합물 C중 하나 이상을 함유하는 자기매체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 화합물 A, B 및 C가 독립적으로 아크릴릭 2중결합-도입 비닐 클로라이드/비닐 아세테이트/비닐 알콜 공중합체, 및 불포화 2중 결합을 갖는 단량체 및 전중합체중에서 선택되는 자기매체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
