Claims (12)
- 다음 구조식을 갖는 화합물 BU-3420T
- 다음의 일반식을 갖는 화합물 BU-3420T 트리아세테이트상기식중 R은 CH3CO-이다.
- 침수된 호기성 조건하에서 자화성 탄소원과 질소원이 함유된 수성 영양 배지중에서 BU-3420T-생산균주Micromonosporasp.nov가 실제량의 BU-3420T를 생산할때까지 상기 균주를 상기 배지중에서 배양시킨다음 배지로부터 상기 BU-3420T를 회수하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 다음의 구조식을 갖는 BU-3420T의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, BU-3420T-생산균주가Micromonospora chersinaATCC 53710이거나 또는 그의 변종 또는 변이주인 것이 특징인 BU-3420T의 제조방법.
- 침수된 호기성 조건하에서 자화성 탄소 및 질소원을 함유하는 배양 배지에서 배양시켰을 때 회수가능한 양의 항생물질 BU-3420T를 생산할 수 있는 미생물Micromonospora chersinasp.nov.(ATCC 53710)의 생물학적으로 순수한 배양체.
- 다음의 구조식을 갖는 BU-3420T를 불활성 유기용매 중에서BU-3420T의 10, 12 및 15 위치에 아세틸기를 도입시킬 수 있는 아세틸화제와 반응시키는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 다음의 구조식을 갖는 BU-3420T트리아세테이트의 제조방법.
- 항세균 유효량 BU-3420T 또는 BU-3420T 트리아세테이트와 약리적으로 허용되는 불활성 담체 또는 희석제를 포함하는 약리적 조성물.
- 향진균 유효량의 BU-3420T 또는 BU-3420T 트리아세테이트와 약리적으로 허용되는 불활성 담체 또는 희석제를 포함하는 약리적 조성물.
- 종양 억제 유효량의 BU-3420T 또는 BU-3420T 트리아세테이트와 약리적으로 허용되는 불활성 담체 또는 희석제를 포함하는 약리적 조성물.
- 세균에 감염된 동물 숙주에게 BU-3420T나 또는 BU-3420T 트리아세테이트의 항세균 유효 투여량을 투여하는 것을 포함하는 세균에 감염된 동물숙주의 치료방법.
