Claims (4)

  1. 도전성 기체와, 이 도전성 기체를 피복하는, 주쇄에 이미드기를 갖는 수지층을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 전극.
  2. 도전성 기체와, 이 도전성 기체를 피복하는, 산화환원기능층과, 이 산화환원기능층을 피복하는, 주쇄에 이미드기를 갖는 수지층을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 전극.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 도전성 기체가 탄소재료 또는 금임을 특징으로 하는 전극.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 주쇄에 이미드기를 갖는 수지층의 층두께가 0.01㎛∼500㎛임을 특징으로 하는 하는 전극.
