생가죽, 피혁 및 이와 같은 섬유기질의 마무리작업 및 가죽열편을 고품질화 하는 작업을 실행하는 공정.
Claims (13)
- 방출지의 지지용 피륙위에 수성폴리우레탄 유탁액 박층(thin layer)을 형성하고 마무리하거나 고품질화할 기질(substrate)을 상기의 젖은 유탁액 박층 표면에 펴서 압력을 주어 결합시키는 단계들로 이루어진 형태이고 수성폴리우레탄 유탁액속의 폴리우레탄을 평균 분자량이 약 1500에서 3200 범위인 이소시아네이트 사전 중합체로부터 얻는 바를 특징으로 하는 것으로서 생가죽, 피혁 및 이와 같은 섬유기질을 마무리하며 가죽열편을 고품질화 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, r'이 헥사메틸렌, 이소프론, 메틸렌 디시클로헥실 그리고으로 되어 있는 그룹으로부터 선택된 폴리에테르 단량체에서 선택되었을 때 구조식 ONC-R'-NCO을 갖는 디이소시아네이트 단량체 그리고 적어도 1개의 산성이온화 그룹 바람직하게는(n 및 m 의 범위는 1 내지 2, p의 범위는 0 내지 1)의 구조식을 갖는 카르복실 그룹을 함유하는 글리콜 단량체로부터 이소시아네이트 사전중합체를 얻는 바를 특징으로 하는 마무리 및 고품질화 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 폴리에테르가(의 범위는 16 내지 46이며 바람직하게는 27 내지 40)의 구조식을 갖는 폴리프로필렌 글리콜인 바를 특징으로 하는 마무리 및 고품질환 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 폴리에테르가 H-(O-CH2-CH2)-OH(의 범위는 25 내지 80이며 바람직하게는 40 내지 65)의 구조식을 갖는 폴리에틸렌 글리콜인 바를 특징으로 하는 마무리 및 고품질화 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 폴리에테르가 H-(OCH2CH2CH2CH2)-OH(의 범위는 12 내지 42이며 바람직하게는 22 내지 35)의 구조식을 갖는 폴리부틸렌 글리콜인 바를 특징으로 하는 마무리 및 고품질화 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 적어도 1개의 산성 이온화 그룹을 갖는 글리콜 단량체를 폴리에테르 중량의 3%에서 15% 사이의 값만큼 사용하는 바를 특징으로 하는 마무리 및 고품질화 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수성 유탁액속의 폴리우레탄의 농도가 25% 내지 50% 중량비의 범위속에 존재하는 바를 특징으로 하는 마무리 및 고품질화 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 물/글리콜에테르 공비 혼합물을 얻기 위해 수성유탁액에 물중량의 5% 내지 15% 범위의 값만큼 글리콜에테르를 첨가하는 바를 특징으로 하는 마무리 및 고품질화 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 박층의 두께가 0.05 내지 0.1㎜의 범위속에 있는 값을 갖는 바를 특징으로 하는 마무리 및 고품질화 방법.
- 제1항 및 제1항 내지9항중 어느 것에 있어서, 방출지의 피륙이 1분당 4 내지 10미터의 속도로 진행하는 바를 특징으로 하는 마무리 및 고품질화 방법.
- 제1항 내지 10항에서 청구된 방법에 따라 마무리 및 고품질화 되는 생가죽, 피혁, 가죽열편 및 그외 이와 같은 종류의 섬유기질(fibrous substrate).
- 폴리우레탄을 평균분자량이 1500 내지 3200 범위에 있는 이소시아네이트 사전중합체로부터 얻고 이 폴리우레탄이 유탁액속에 25% 내지 50% 중량비 만큼 함유되어 있는 바를 특징으로 하는 것으로써, 생가죽, 피혁 그외 이와 같은 섬유기질을 마무리 하며 가죽열편을 고품질화 하기 위한 수성 폴리우레탄 유탁액.
- 제12항에 있어서, 유탁액이 물.글리콜에테르 공비 혼합물을 포함하는 바를 특징으로 하는 수성 폴리우레탄 유탁액.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
