Claims (18)
- 시. 로세우스 조직의 산성의 수성추출물의 가용성분으로 알카로이드를 추출하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 용해성 성분을 환원제로 처리하고, 처리된 용해성 성분을 유기용제로 추출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알카로이드 추출방법.
- 제1항에서, 환원제는 수소화붕소나트륨인 것이 특징인 알카로이드 추출방법.
- 제2항에서, 유기용제는 초산에틸인 것이 특징인 알카로이드 추출방법.
- 카타란투스 로세우스 조직으로부터 3',4'-안하이드로빈볼라스틴을 추출하는 방법에 있어서,A) 산성의 pH를 갖는 수성매체로 조직을 추출하고, B) 생성된 추출물의 용해성성분을 비용해성 성문으로부터 분리하고, C) 용해성 성분을 환원제로 처리하고, 그리고 D) 처리된 용해성 성분을 유기용제로 추출하는 각 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 추출방법.
- 제4항에서, 환원제는 수소화 붕소나트륨인 것이 특징인 추출방법.
- 제5항에서, 처리된 용액중의 수소화 붕소 나트륨의 농도는 0.05-4.0mg/mL의 범위내인 것이 특징인 추출방법.
