Claims (9)
- 덜 염소화된 일반식(Ⅱ)의 폴리클로로피리딘을 증기상하에 300℃내지 450℃에서 염소와 접촉 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 폴리클로로피리딘을 선택적으로 제조하는 방법.상기식에서 X는 Cl또는 H를 나타낸다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 접촉 반응을 320℃내지 450℃에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 접촉반응을 연속적 방법으로 수행하는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 접촉반응을 난류(turbulenct)또는 전이 유동 조건하에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제조한 폴리클로로피리딘을 추가로 축합 반응시켜 회수하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 회수한 폴리클로로피리딘을 추가로 증류시켜 정제하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 2,6-디클로로피리딘을 염소와 접촉 반응시켜 2,3,6-트리클로로피리딘을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 2,6-디클로로피리딘을 염소와 접촉 반응시켜 2,3,5,6-테트라클로로피리딘을 제조하는 방법.
