Claims (8)

  1. 실질적으로 편평한 언더팬(planar underpan), 진술한 언더팬위에 또 그로부터 이격되게 위치된 압출된 쉬이트 바닥판(extruded sheet flooring plates)을 포함하고 언더팬과 쉬이프 바닥판사이의 공간이 고밀도 발포물로 충전됨을 포함하는 콘테이너용 베리어-없는 바닥판넬(bearer-less floor panel).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 언더팬과 쉬이트 바닥판사이에 위치되어 후자를 언더팬에 관해 이격된 관계로 지지하는 길죽한 베어링 블록(bearer blocks)를 포함하는 바닥판넬.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 지지블록들이 강재 언더팬과 압출된 쉬이트 바닥판사이의 공간을 고밀도 발포물로 각기 별도로 주입충정된 다수의 구획으로 분할하는 바닥판넬.
  4. 제2항 혹은 제3항에 있어서, 지지블록(support blocks)이 고밀도 발포물로 가진 길죽한 블록인 바닥판넬.
  5. 전술한 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 언더팬이 스텐레스강이고 갈라진 통로(tine tunnels)의 구역외의 일정량에 의해 바닥쉬이트로부터 이격되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 바닥판넬.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 언더팬이 갈라진 통로주위에 사각의 오목부를 형성하여 보상형의 갈라진 통로(complementary shaped tine tunnels)를 수용하도록 하는 바닥판넬.
  7. 전술한 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 언더팬의 두께가 1mm 혹은 그 이하인 바닥판넬.
  8. 전술한 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 고밀도 발포물이 6.15-9.5kg/cm2의 강도를 가지는 아이소포옴(Isofoam) DP8113인 바닥판넬.
