Claims (38)
- 섬유 함유 폴리머 수지가 유동하는 채널로 구성되는 폴리머 수지 가공 장치에 있어서, 상기 채널은 유동 변형 요소의 일련 세트 다수를 가지고, 세트의 각각은 함께 채널내 속도 프로파일이 규칙적으로 계속되도록 공헌하고 서로 직각인 두 방향에 대한 속도 프로파일 및 원래 유동방향에 대한 속도 프로파일로 수지에 부과되도록 적용되고, 각 세트의 요소가 채널의 유동 방향 디멘젼 및 채널의 주된 횡 디멘젼과 비교하여 작은 거리로 확립된 개별 속도 프로파일이 존속되도록 하고, 이들 거리의 다수를 평균하여 주된 유동 방향으로부터 순편차가 없도록하는, 폴리머수지 가공장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유동 변형 요소가 연장되고 채널에 따르는 주된 유동 방향과 관련된 각에서 분배되는데, 상기 요소는 채널에 따라 다수의 횡열로 배열되고 그러한 열의 각각은 유동 변형 요소의 다수로 구성된 장치.

- 제22항에 있어서, 섬유가 단일 필라멘트인 방법.
- 제22항 또는 제23항에 있어서, 섬유가 5-15mm길이를 가지는 방법.
- 제22항에서 제24항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 섬유가 유리 섬유, 유기 섬유, 세라믹 섬유 또는 금속 섬유인 방법.
- 제22항에서 제25항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수지가 열가소성인 방법.
- 제22항에서 제26항까지의 어느 한 항에 따르는 방법을 사용하여 섬유가 충전된 수지 조성물을 제조하고, 다이를 통해 조성물을 압출하는 것으로 구성되는 압출방법.
- 섬유의 배향이 생성물 제조시 수지가 유동하는 축과 독립적으로, 각 섬유가 근접 섬유와 만드는 니어-터치(near-touch)의 평균 수 N은 최소치 8로 0.5×C×(1/d)-2.5×C×(1/d)이고, 여기에서 C는 생성물내 섬유의 부피 분급이고 열가소성 재료에 대해 0.001-01 및 열경화성 수지에 대해 0.001-0.4이고, 1/d는 섬유의 종횡비인, 잘린 섬유의 망상으로 구성되는 섬유가 충진된 폴리머 생성물.

- 제29항에서 제35항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 섬유가 전기 전도성이고 망상 구조가 재료를 통한 전자기파 통과를 막는 생성물.
