Claims (1)

  1. 광빔이 위치검출소자(PSD)를 갖는 헤드로부터 피측정물까지 주사되고, 피측정물로부터 정반사광 또는 산란광이 위치검출소자에 의해 수광되는 방법으로 얻게 되는 2계통의 전압신호에 따라서 헤드로부터 피측정물까지의 변위값을구하는 광학식 변위 측정장치에 있어서, 전압신호에 따라서 변위신호에 대응하는 변위값을 저장하는 변위값 변환테이블메모리(5), 피측정물(10)의 경사각도의 각도신호표시에 대응하는 보정계수를 저장하는 각도보정 변환테이블 메모리(7),피측정물에 따른 상기 헤드(1)을 이용하는 헤드주사부(6)및, 상기 헤드주사부를 구동하고, 전압신호에 따라 변위값을 계산하고, 피측정물상의 다수의 점을 위해 변위값에 따라 상기 각도신호를 계산하고, 이 각도신호에 대응하는 상기 보정계수에 따라 변위값을 보정하여 보정된 변위값을 출력하는 연산회로(4A)를 포함하는 광학식 변위 측정장치.
