Claims (5)

  1. 로내 분위기에 노출 스테이브 쿨러의 작업측에 수평열로 배얼되어 주물 스테이브 몸체에 들어간 벽돌과 노벽을 냉각하기 위한 파이프를 갖는 스테이브 쿨러의 벽돌 주조방법에 있어서, 주입되는 주물과 접하는 내화 벽돌의 한 측면을 용철과 금속 울과 집촉되게 피복하고 다른 측면을 단열 완충제로 피복한 후에 용철과 벽돌열을 주조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스테이브 쿨러의 벽돌 주조방법.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 내화 벽돌의 하면측을 메탈 울로 피복하고 상면측을 상기 단열 완충재로 피복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 내화 벽돌의 배면을 메탄 울로 피복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, 내화 벽들의 배면을 단열 완충제로 피복하는 것을 측정으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제 1항이 있어서, 메탈 울이 직경 15 내지 45μm정도의 철선으로 형성이 되며 밀도 4OO 내지 700kg/m3의 펠트 형상 성형체인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
