Claims (5)

  1. 중화도가 50-100몰%의 아크릴산 알칼리 금속염 70-90중량부, 메타크릴산 10-30중량부, 중합개시제 및 가교제를 혼합하여 역상 현탁중합시켜 중합체내의 물의 함량이 15-35중량부가 되도록 공비증류로 물을 제거하여 중합체의 평균입자가 100-150㎛인 중합체를 제조한 다음 에폭시기가 2 이상인 가교제를 중합체 기준으로 1.2-8중량부로 후처리시켜표면가교 밀도를 증가시킨 후, 실리카 계통의 싸이로이드를 중합체 기준으로 0.1-5.0 중량부를 첨가, 혼합시킴이 특징인고흡수성 수지의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 가교제가 N,N-메틸렌 비스아크릴 아미드 임이 특징인 고흡수성 수지의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시기가 2이상인 가교제로는 에틸렌 글리콜 디글리시딜 에테르, 글리세롤 폴리 글리시딜 에테르 임이 특정인 고흡수성 수지의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 실리카계통 싸이로이드는 입자직경이 10-20㎛이고 표면적이 300㎡/g인 표면에 OH기를 갖는 실리카 물질임이 특징인 고흡수성 수지의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 아크릴산 알칼리 금속염은 수산화리튬, 수산화나트륨, 수산화칼륨, 수산화칼슘임이 특징인 고흡수성 수지의 제조방법.
