Claims (5)
- 중화도가 50-100몰%의 아크릴산 알칼리 금속염 70-90중량부, 메타크릴산 10-30중량부, 중합개시제 및 가교제를 혼합하여 역상 현탁중합시켜 중합체내의 물의 함량이 15-35중량부가 되도록 공비증류로 물을 제거하여 중합체의 평균입자가 100-150㎛인 중합체를 제조한 다음 에폭시기가 2 이상인 가교제를 중합체 기준으로 1.2-8중량부로 후처리시켜표면가교 밀도를 증가시킨 후, 실리카 계통의 싸이로이드를 중합체 기준으로 0.1-5.0 중량부를 첨가, 혼합시킴이 특징인고흡수성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가교제가 N,N-메틸렌 비스아크릴 아미드 임이 특징인 고흡수성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시기가 2이상인 가교제로는 에틸렌 글리콜 디글리시딜 에테르, 글리세롤 폴리 글리시딜 에테르 임이 특정인 고흡수성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실리카계통 싸이로이드는 입자직경이 10-20㎛이고 표면적이 300㎡/g인 표면에 OH기를 갖는 실리카 물질임이 특징인 고흡수성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아크릴산 알칼리 금속염은 수산화리튬, 수산화나트륨, 수산화칼륨, 수산화칼슘임이 특징인 고흡수성 수지의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
