Claims (20)

  1. 탄성의 멜트-블라운 소직경 섬유의 부직포 섬유성 매트릭스 및 흡수 스태플 섬유 또는 흡수 과립물질, 워킹 스태클 섬유 및 상기 매트릭스 전체에 분포된 벌킹 스태플 섬유를 포함하는 탄성의 부직포 흡수 웹.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 탄성의 멜트-블라운 소직경 섬유가 폴리우레탄 탄성물질, 폴리에스테르 탄성물질, 폴리아미드 탄성물질, A말단 그룹이 스티렌 구성체이고 및 B가 탄성의 중간 블록인 A-B-A블록 공중합체 및 그것들의 조합물을 포함하는 탄성의 부직포 흡수 웹.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 탄성의 멜트- 블라운 소직경 섬유가 폴리우레탄 섬유를 포함하는 탄성의 부직포 흡수 웹.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 탄성의 멜트-블라운 소직경 섬유가 상기 웹의 약 5 내지 20중량%를 포함하고, 상기 흡수 스태플 섬유가 상기 웹의 약 10 내지 30중량%를 포함하고, 상기 흡수 과립 물질이 상기 웹의 약 5 내지 20중량%를 함유하고; 상기 워킹 스태플 섬유가 상기 웹의 약 30 내지 60중량%를 포함하고 및 상기 벌킹 스태플 섬유가 상기 웹의 약 20 내지 30중량%를 포함하는 탄성의 부직포 흡수 웹.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 흡수 스태플 섬유가 적어도 약 1000%의 흡수성을 가지는 섬유를 포함하는 탄성의 부직포 흡수 웹.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 흡수 스태플 섬유가 친수성 표면을 가지는 아크릴로니트릴 섬유를 포함하는 탄성의 부직포 흡수 웹.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 워킹 스태플 섬유가 코톤 섬유, 레이온 섬유, 울 섬유, 실크 섬유 또는 그것들의 조합물을 포함하는 탄성의 부직포 흡수 웹.
  8. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 벌킹 스태플 섬유가 센티미터당 약 한개 반의 주름보다 많은 평균 주름 빈도수를 가지는 주름진 섬유인 탄성의 부직포 흡수 웹.
  9. 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 주름 빈도수가 센티미터당 적어도 약 2개의 주름인 탄성의 부직포 흡수 웹.
  10. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 벌킹 스태플 섬유가 텍스(tex)당 1.5 ×10-4그람-평방 센티미터의 굴곡 견성을 가지는 탄성의 부직포 흡수 웹.
  11. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 벌킹 스태플 섬유가 아크릴 또는 폴리에스테르 섬유인 탄성의 부직포 흡수 웹.
  12. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 웹이 약 80g이하의 유연성을 가지는 탄성의 부직포 흡수 웹.
  13. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 웹이 적어도 약 0.5cm/30초의 워킹 값을 가지는 탄성의 부직포 흡수 웹.
  14. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 웹이 적어도 약 1000%의 흡수성을 가지는 탄성의 부직포 흡수 웹.
  15. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 웹이 적어도 g기본 중량당 11.5g의 흡수성을 가지는 탄성의 부직포 흡수 웹.
  16. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 웹이 적어도 약 50%의 흡수된 액체의 보유력을 가지는 탄성의 부직포 흡수 웹.
  17. (1) 액체 침투성이고 유연한 저 접착성 상처 접촉층, (2) 제(1)항의 탄성 부직포 흡수 웹을 포함하는, 중간의 순응성. 액체 흡수 요소 및 (3) 부드럽고 유연한 커버층을 포함하는 흡수성 탄성의 상처용 드레싱.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 상처 접촉층이 다공성 부직포 소직경 섬유 웹인 상처용 드레싱.
  19. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 커버층이 흡수성 액체 불침투성 및 수증기 팀투성인 상처용 드레싱.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 상기 커버층의 한면이 상기 액체 흡수 요소와 접촉하기 위하여 감압성 접착저층을 포함하는 상처용 드레싱.
