Claims (8)

  1. 외면이 대체로 직사각인 케이싱(1)을 포함하고 회로차단기 조립체를 둘러싸는 하우징수단, 케이싱(1)내에 취부되어 전류를 차단하기 위한 제1차단수단, 케이싱(1)내에 취부되어 인접한 제1차단수단과 직렬 연결되는 전류차단용의 제2차단수단, 상기 제1, 제2차단수단을 수동으로 트리핑하기 위한 스위칭수단, 과전류상태에서 상기 제1차단수단을 트립시키도록 작용하는 과전류트리핑장치(31), 케이싱(1)내에 취부되어 제1, 제2차단수단을 지지하기 위해 배치되는 절연스위칭샤프트(3)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기 조립체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1차단수단은 케이싱(1)의 제1측벽에 취부된 제1고정접촉자(11)와 절연스위칭샤프트(3)의 길이방향을 따르는 중간점에서 제1피보트핀(18)에 의해 절연스위칭샤프트(3)에 회전가능하게 취부되며 제1고정접촉자(11)의 대향위치에 있는 제1가동접촉자(12)를 포함하며, 제1가동접촉자(12)가 제1고정접촉자(11)와 접촉하도록 힘을 주는 제1스프링수단(13)은 제1가동접촉자(12)와 절연스위칭샤프트(3) 사이에 취부되고, 제1아크소호실수단(14)은 차단동작중의 아크를 막기 위하여 제1가동접촉자(12)와 제1고정접촉자(11)를 부분적으로 둘러싸도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 제2차단수단은 케이싱(1)의 제측벽에 취부되는 제2고정접촉자(22)와 제1가동접촉자(12)의 인접한 점에서 제2피보트핀(26)으로 절연스위칭샤프트(3)에 회전가능하게 취부되며 제2고정접촉자(22)의 대향위치에 있는 제2가동접촉자(21)을 포함하며, 제2가동접촉자(21)가 제2고정접촉자(22)와 접촉하도록 힘을 주는 제2스프링수단(23)은 제2가동접촉자(21)와 절연스위칭샤프트(3) 사이에 취부되고, 제2아크소호실수단(24)은 차단동작중의 아크를 막기위해 제2가동접촉자(21)와 제2고정접촉자(22)를 부분적으로 둘러싸도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 제2가동접촉자(21)는 제1, 제2피보트핀(18)(26) 사이에 연장되어 있는 가요성 도체(4)를 통하여 제1가동접촉자(12)와 직렬연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 하우징수단을 개구부를 포함하며, 스위칭수단은 상기 개구부를 통하여 상기 케이싱(1)의 내벽에 의해 회전가능하게 지지되는 스위칭레버(34)에 접속되는 조작핸들(33)과 스위칭레버(34)를 절연스위칭샤프트(3)에 연결시키는 토글링크(35)와 토글링크(35)를 스위칭레버(34)에 연결시키기 위한 스위칭스프링수단(37) 및 일단에는 토글링크(35)가 인접해 있고 타단에는 과전류트리핑장치(31)가 경계를 접하고 있는 트리핑링크(38)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 과전류트리핑장치(31)에 과전류가 흐르는 조건하에서는 트리핑링크(38)가 토글링크(35)를변형시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 수동조작중에는 스위칭스프링수단(37)과 결합한 스위칭레버(34)가 토글링크(35)를 변형시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 과전류가 흐르거나 수동조작시에는 변형된 토글링크(35)가 제1, 제2스프링수단(12),(23)의 힘에 대항하여 절연스위칭샤프트(3)를 움직이게 할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
