제 1 도는 본 발명공법의 실시상황을 개략적으로 표시하는 종단면도, 제 2 도는 제 1 도에 있어서의 팽창조작전의 상황을 표시하는 종단면도, 제 3 도는 동 팽창 조작후의 상황을 표시하는 종단면도, 제 4 도는 동 내면 라이닝 상황을 확대하여 표시하는 종단면도, 제 5 도는 본 발명공법에 사용되는 경질 플라스틱 튜우브의 다른 바람직한 예를 표시하는 종단면도이다.
Claims (10)
- 파이프 내에 삽입하는 경질 내지 반경질의 플라스틱 튜우브를 가열 가압으로 팽창시켜 파이프 내면에 라이닝하는 공법에 있어서, 상기한 튜우브가 두껍고, 두께부분내에 축선 방향으로 관통되고 또한, 원주방향으로 간격을 두고 병력된 다수개의 관통구멍(1a)을 갖고, 가열공정에 있어서 상기한 관통구멍(1a)내에 가열 유체를 유통시키는 것을 특징으로하는 파이프 내면의 경질튜우브 라이닝 공법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 경질 플라스틱 튜우브(1)가 60 내지 100℃의 연화점을 갖고, 관통구멍(1a)내에 유통되는 가열유체가 스팀인것을 특징으로 하는 라이닝 공법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서 경질 플라스틱 튜우브(1)의 가열공정에 있어서, 관통구멍(1a)내와, 튜우브(1)내에 가열유체가 유통되고, 튜우브(1)가 관통구멍(1a)내와 튜우브(1)내의 2개소에서 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 라이닝공법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 튜우브(1)내에 유통되는 가열유체가 가열공기이고, 관통구멍(1a)내에 유통되는 가열유체가 스팀인것을 특징으로하는 라이닝공법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 경질 플라스틱 튜우브(1)가 5내지 20㎜의 두께를 갖고, 튜우브(1) 두께부분의 중심을 통하는 동심원상에 관통구멍(1a)이 병렬되고, 튜우브(1) 가열공정에 있어서, 상기한 관통구멍(1a)내에 가열유체가 유통되는것을 특징으로하는 라이닝공법.
- 경질 내지 반경질 플라스틱제의 튜우브 본체가, 5 내지 200㎜의 두께를 갖고, 두께부분의 중심을 통하는 동심원상에, 다수의 관통구멍(1a)이 간격을두고 병렬되고, 관통구멍(1a)의 총개구면적이 튜우브의 총단면적의 20 내지 50%를 차지하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 내면 라이닝용 경질 내지 반경질 플라스틱 튜우브.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 관통구멍(1a)의 단면형상이 원형인것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 튜우브.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 관통구멍(1a)의 단면형상이 삼각형으로서 방향을 번갈아 병렬되어있는것을 특징으로하는 플라스틱 튜우브.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 관통구멍(1a)의 튜우브 반경반향의 개구폭이, 튜우브 두께의 40 내지 70%의 범위이고, 또 관통구멍의 상호간격이 50 내지 100%인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 튜우브.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 단면이 삼각형상인 개구의 관통구멍(1a) 둘레의 3변의 벽이 두께가 대략 동등한것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 튜우브.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
