Claims (9)

  1. 두 개의 파이프를 서로 연결하기 위한 파이프 연결장치에 있어서, 파이프의 끝부분을 받아들이기 위한구멍을 갖춘 몸체를 구성하고 있으며, 구멍에는 파이프 끝부분의 외측에 원주 방향으로 뻗어 있는 홈과 함께 작용할 수 있도록 배치되어 있는 원주방향의 제 1홈이 형성되어 있고, 몸체에는 제 1홈에서 몸체 외부까지 뻗어 있는 통로가 형성되었으며, 구멍에 형성되어 있는 원주방향 제 2 홈에 밀폐링이 설치되어 파이프 끝부분의 외부와 밀폐 접촉하게 되어 있고, 제 1 홈이 파이프 끝부분의 홈과 함께 작용하여 형성된 통로에 고정와이어가 몸체에 형성된 통로를 통하여 삽입되며, 제 1 홈의 측벽은 구멍측에 대해 경사져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 연결장치.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 측벽의 경사각이 25 내지 35도 사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 연결장치.
  3. 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 제 1홈의 다른 한쪽 측벽은 구멍축에 수직이며, 홈 바닥은 구멍축과 평행한 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 연결장치.
  4. 상기항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 통로의 외측 끝부분에 리세스가 형성되어 있어 고정와이어에 대한 도입유도 기능을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 연결장치.
  5. 상기항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 몸체는 동축상에 두 구멍에는 제 1홈과 제 2홈이 형성되어 있고 내측방사상 플랜지를 사이에 두고 있는 두 개의 동축구멍이 상호 연결 동축구멍을 정의하며, 플랜지는 두 파이프 끝부분의 접촉부 역할을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 연결장치.
  6. 상기항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고정와이어의 외측 끝부분에 머리부가 갖추어져 있는 것을 특징으로하는 파이프 연결장치.
  7. 상기항중 어느 한 항에 있어서 다수의 홈이 형성된 판으로 된 형판을 사용하여 고정와이어의 길이를 결정하며, 각 홈의 길이는 어떤 직경의 파이프에 사용하기 위한 고정와이어의 길이에 대응되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 연결장치.
  8. 상기항중 어느 한 항에 있어서 고정와이어의 단면이 원형인 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 연결장치.
  9. 상기항중 어느 한 항에 있어서 구멍과 홈이 형성된 머리부를 갖추고 있는 장치의 머리부를 고정와이어 주위에 설치하여 머리부 밑에 접촉하도록 한 후 동로를 통하여 고정와이어를 끌어냄으로서 연결장치로부터 고정와이어가 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 연결장치.
